four(4) solid hours and it told me I hadn't exercised and I burned 236 calories. It keeps telling me I'm very sedentary.

Just okay – The app for this watch gives me a hard time updating steps and the clock faces are ugly, mostly geared toward men. And watch bands are only available on their sight are expensive. Show details

Its a useless piece of junk – I charge the watch over night ( 100% by morning) and its down to 40% by 5 o'clock in the evening. There is virtually no instruction or manuals available and if you click on the help on the watch it gives you an square to read with your phone. The company refused to do that. Said they couldn't do that. They told me to refuse the package and they would be able to tell it was refused. When I asked how long it would take to refund my money after the saw the package was refused. I was then told ....um I dont know...I can't tell you that. that they issue me a return shipping label and was then told because I was in Canada they could not. I then told them I was going to be in the USA and it could be shipped from there at their cost if they preferred. Again, this was denied. I filed a complaint/dispute with my credit card company and am waiting for a resolution. I do not want this defective watch. It sits in it’s box waiting to be returned at the company’s cost.

Do not waste your money – My husband bought me the Health Smartwatch 2 for my birthday. I read a article saying it was one of the best smart watches for a good price that you can buy. I told my husband that's the one I wanted. It lasted one month and went black. Will not turn on at all. I emailed the company and they said it's to late for a refund. That article I read qwas wrong. tracker is not accurate, nor is the blood pressure reading. No matter whose blood pressure the watch is tracking it comes up 144/81. The bands come in one size, which were too large for my wrist. The website stated a 30 day guarantee, but when you read the small print, it says the guarantee is only good if the smartwatch has not been used. So returning for a refund was not an option. I

Complete dud, dont waste your money – Watch was great for a month, now its a useless piece of garbage. Charged it up and by morning it did not work, had issues with connectivity when it did connect battery said only 1% even though it was fully charged the night before. Very frustrating, time to save for a decent samsung instead.

Useless – The heart rate and blood pressure readings are useless. Heart rate reads 20-40 bpm fast and blood pressure is always 143/84. It does keep good time and alerts me to text messages. Show details

turned that function off. I purchased the HealthSmart 2 and even paid for the extended warranty. They will not honour it! Even though the Extended Warranty is for 6 months and I just bought it in January. They try to site it is passed the 30 days. Yes; and? The E.W. clearly reads that it "Extends" the 30 days to 6 months. They even tried to bribe me with $15. What for? to shut my mouth and go away? Funny thing, is it still shows "In Transit" on the Shop app.

Keeps time and heart rate – This watch seems to do mostly what it claims. Blood pressure is not anywhere near accurate, but the heart rate and time work well. Charging is an issue. The connection is via a magnetic tab but is very finicky. I have a hard time getting it to charge. Show details
