days later on the 24 Feb. I fitted it myself which involved removing 3 screws, changing the plug to the new unit and replacing the screws. A task that took less than 5 mins. If there is a mob that can do that here for a similar price and delivery time then I'm all ears. Like most folk I like to support local but a $700+ saving in pretty tough times is better in my pocket than Peugeot's. The control unit was an original French product and not a Chinese knock off.
This is my second time using Spareto, and I’m very impressed. Absolutely disgusting company. I've ordered from them thousands if not tens of thousands worth of products. Most the time it's the correct product, however half the time they send incorrect products. I've lost thousands. They're happy to refund you if you return it, but being an individual and not a business, the price of shipping is double what the order is worth. This isn't one occurrence. This is multiple. Poor man pays twice.
i bought 2 times. first i ordered gaskets, good deal, recently i ordered expensive oem part, all good, 5 days from Estonia to AU via dhl.
Advice: Don't buy from this store. I bought an Arnott air spring from them, and when I received it, I found it to be defective and unusable. I sent them an explanatory video and asked them to send a new part, but they refused, and I wasted my time and money. They have no conscience.

Prices are unbelievable and delivery to Australia was unbelievably super quick. We have now ordered twice OEM parts, prices are well below Australian Genuine parts.
I ordered a OEM-quality German part for my VW Golf. The price was good. It was delivered a week later by DHL with no extra charges. I am very impressed. I saved a few hundred dollars compared to the prices quoted by local VW stealerships! The part is genuine: I checked the hologram against the German manufacturer's website, so they are not sending us fake parts. Excellent. Highly recommended. Spareto is based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Scammers! Sent faulty pneumatic brake valve in non OEM packaging, clearly been used before. Won't respond to emails, all I asked for was a replacement, Zero response. Have had to purchase again from a new supplier Dodgy, steer clear.

I don't have experience with the process of returning parts, since one's own homework before ordering, in combination with Spareto's website, make it almost impossible to order the wrong part. Sent wrong product, have not respond to multiple emails – Edit 30jan24 - issue now sorted. Apparently my emails went to their junk email. I was issued a refund. the clutch sent was the wrong part (the connector pinout was wrong). On their website part checker it said it was compatible. On their website they state that they take the happiness with their service very seriously. I emailed them about the wrong part being sent with photos and did not get a reply. Two days later I sent another email, no reply. Fast forward 2 weeks and 4 emails later I have received no correspondence from them. They simply do not want to know. I have checked my junk email and I have not received any failed to send message notifications. I ended up having to buy a used AC compressor from a junk yard and taking off the components I required. I will now be forced to call my credit card company and request a chargeback. Use this company at your own peril.

Best prices, ultraquick service! – Always a bit nervous to order from a site I've never heard of before but after checking out reviews on sites like this (and ability to pay with PayPal)I went ahead and ordered a new fuel pump and fuel filter for my E60 530d. Prices for the pump a third compared to the cheapest in NZ!! I couldn't even get a second hand one cheaper locally and that's including freight. Ordered 19th July and had the parts on my doorstep! just excellent – Ordered an EGR valve for a VW from Spareto on 30 March and it arrived in Canberra on 4 April. From Estonia! Shipper was DHL. I'd have been lucky to have got it delivered from Sydney in that time. And at a great price too.

Alternator – Please note attached screenshot from spareto listing. Ordered an alternator incl. Pulley and fan as advertised on Spareto shop DT SPARE PARTS ® 3.34021. Received it without the pulley and fan. I requested an exchange or resending the missing parts. Spareto fixed the problem and has issued a full refund.

I live in Australia and have found that some parts ordered from Spareto, (whom are based in Europe), are not only cheaper but also better quality parts than I can source here in Australia. These parts that I just received, I could have sourced from a well known Melbourne based European parts supplier in the trucking business for $250. Spareto had the same brand for $160 including express courier, delivered to my door. I opted for the better brand at $203 delivered. Better brands and better prices than local suppliers. You can't beat that! If you need the part right away, then pay top dollar and buy local. If you can wait, definately compare Spareto prices and their quality brands.

The parts arrived from Estonia in about 10 days and were high quality Yamato Japanese made. They fit perfectly. I will be looking at Spareto in the future for any difficult to find parts.
