Rubbish company with high data drainage – Come to New Zealand and bought this travel pack with 2 gb, very normal usage can drain out 2gb with a day, that’s totally ridiculous. I use the same in australia and not even close to 200mb per day, I don’t know how they do the calculation. I would highly recommend to look for other providers and stay away from them.

Not what it advertises to be – I have frequently purchased a Spark Travel SIM which they advertise. However, this company nearly impossible to deal with. First problem was that their Free WIFI near their public phones has been drastically reduced and so for 3 weeks in NZ I was unable to find many of these "hotspots" at all. At one point near Mt Cook i had 4 bars on my phone but it wouldn't lock on to personal hotspot. So I tried to call them .. no such thing .. only SMS. So I wasted nearly 6 hours of their time and mine as I was pushed to one invisible staff member after another while wasting my holiday while they played SMS merry -go-rounds with me. One phone call from a human could have fixed the problem. The final consultant very rudely that the problem was with my device. As it turned out, he was just plain WRONG ! I would advise against anyone using this service, simply because it is Impossible to actually speak to any human being.
