Fraud and Fakes – Should have realised these guys are out of business because no updates to their socials in 2 years. But you can still buy on their website. Which some of the items I couldn’t get anywhere else because they have been discontinued. Well you can’t get them from Spartac either, these guys are meant to be serving Western Australian Police officers but are ripping off other cops. Shame on them.

Do you enjoy requesting charge backs from your bank due to Spartac's attempted fraud? – Ordered about 10 items valued at over $700 from their website, when purchasing you are advised that there will be a long wait (which is fine, at least you know). have zero intention of supplying the goods that you have ordered or responding to your patient queries.

Products not in stock and non-existent customer service – Ordered items 4 weeks ago that still haven't been shipped yet, requested an ETA on items shipment and no response. I have requested a refund on the items and have had no response either.

The worst customer service – I would put even less, they do not respond to email or messenger. Have tried contacting them in ref to purchasing sights and no one will get back to me. Luckily cleavers have the same stuff and responded. So yep a company actually worse than cleavers for customer service.

Zero Communication - PayPal to the rescue – Aside from receiving an auto generated email at the moment of purchase, I never heard a thing form Spartac Gear. After 30 days I requested an update. No Response. So I waited a little longer and then emailed again asking for an update. No Response. Then I cancelled the transaction through PayPal. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Nothing in Stock - Bad Communication – Ordered 3 items that were showing in stock, no notification on the website or via email, then I contact them no replies. 4 weeks later and only one item has been delivered. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges.
