Servicing of my Bonaire ducted heating was done professionally and in an efficient manner. Rob, the technician, was very courteous and professional.

Used this company again for split system. Good quote again and explanation of works from Bill great, workers on installation and customer service from Julie good too. Cannot fault overall experience and would recommend this company

The best service! – Seriously amazing after service. I emailed Shaun at 7pm to tell him that our Bonaire controller on our ducted system wasn't working and he replied instantly asking me to call him. When I called him he worked out that my husband has accidentally turned off the power point in the roof. Did I mention this was seven years after the install? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Sold me something that doesn't work – My builder used these guys to install the evap cooling/ducted heating for my property so it was an easy call for me to get these guys for any additional accessories. I called them in September to get a "Bonaire Wifi Module" installed and got someone coming to my property by the end of the week to get it installed and charged me $762 for that. But… Read more

then, the pain started when the app or the wifi module didn't work 9 out of 10 times. I thought it might be a teething issue so gave it a couple of weeks before giving these guys a call. Took me about a month and three rescheduling to get someone out at my property. I did mention, it's not urgent but that doesn't mean it needed to be pushed down their priority but I waited patiently till someone finaly came out. In the meantime the Bonaire app got ourselves logged out and wouldn't allow us to reset the password to get back to the app to control the unit remotely. Someone finally came and had a look and as it was the app problem, said it will be escalated to the manufacturer and went away. Since then I had made numerous phone calls to these guys but nothing has happened. Someone initially told me to contact Bonaire as it was their product!!! True - agree it's a crap product but as a seller of the product they should also take some liability and try to fix it. Everytime I call, I get told that someone will call me back but that never happens and I have to call back to follow up. If you want quality after sales service, better to steer away from these guys.

Great Maintenance Service! – Rarely do you find a Technician not only doing his job but take one step further to help beyond job title. Trent was incredible. He was able to re-zone the house to enable best he can, distribute central heating to as many rooms as possible. What a difference it made. Many thanks to Cheryl as well for her continuous help.

In 2 hours I have received emails and phone calls with confirmation that Specialized Heating & Cooling Melton technicians are scheduled to come in my house early in the morning to reactivate the heater.

I simply could not believe to my eyes in such level of responsibility. What professionalism.

Terrible!! Don’t do it!! – I arranged for Garry to come out and give me a quote. That was ok although 30 minutes late. 7 days later I called to ask how the quote was progressing. Unfortunately he had amnesia and couldn’t remember. People if it starts like this, it won’t end well.

Wonderful staff, excellent service !! – Contacted SpecAir for Evap cooling quote and received sharp and competitive quote very quickly. Jai Miles was wonderful and answered my queries very swiftly and honestly which made me proceed. Installation, invoicing, post installation service - everything was brilliant and every staff member who I dealt with was excellent in what they did. Very happy... I must say the best experience I've had with a trades company in Melbourne in last 12 years.
