On 1 July 2021, Speedweb officially joined the Swoop family.
Cancelled wifi some years ago. Told me they would come and remove dish from roof. No one came. Now it has become loose and if it falls could do damage to roof or anyone outside because of if high winds. They want me to pay $400 to have removed. They never told me this when I cancelled. taken over, we have lost the old Speedweb team and customer service which was great. If this hits anyone because it has loosened from its structure then I'll be forced to take legal action.
disappointing – I have been with speed-web for a number of years and loved the service it was great, but It has CHANGED with the new isp and I can defiantly not recommend this scoop isp it is unresponsive wooden and populated by too many robots that drone on to long with useless information, and i hate this new chocking of service if one runs out of date just send an account. Great customer service and local owned internet company – For a small business they are super attentive and respond quickly to any issues. A great local staff contact centre right here in Morwell so you cannot do any better for the Latrobe Valley Area in my opinion. Internet is completely dogshit DO NOT BUY – My internet connection is terrible, they say you will get evening speeds of 32mgps yet i will be lucky to get 1mgps. I always freeze and lag and get drop outs. I can't watch utube, twitch on the internet net alone game. It is not worth the price and is an utter waste of money. Show details
Cutting out a lot – After being so patient for 14 months now,its soon time to move on.Nearly everyday we drop out,sometimes for hours.Obviously,the company can't handle the volume of people.Sick of paying $69.00 a month for a service that we don't receive. Show details
Best service and internet in the Latrobe Valley – Great local based business employing locals. Speedweb run an Internet network seperate to and not reliant on NBN great competitive pricing and deals. The areas NBN network is congested and slow but Spedweb do not have the same issues. Show details
