Spirit of Gold Coast Whale Watching

We had paid for a super yacht multi-level ship we got a small boat one level fits seated 10 people only on two benches one which collapsed during the trip and everyone fell to the floor there are no 360 degree views as promised it is rough as guts and many people were seasick and vomiting because the ship was just too small for the waves nothing went as promised couldn't wait to get back to land didn't get any memorabilia booklet as promised what a shambles. No explanation to why we were bumped to this boat.
