Can't help with a simple address change – Splitit Customer Service is absolutely useless. Asked them for a simple change of address, as I have moved houses, and they said "We can't do anything from our end. Speak to your Retailer.". Yet *THEY* are the ones who actually charge me on their credit-card, nothing to do with the Retailer! Idiots!
