them on at home, i shouldve listened to the sales assistant advice.I ended up misplacing my receipt, but was still able to exchange my shoes for the correct size after speaking with customer service and the team at sportsco Liverpool. On the day that I exchanged my shoes with out a receipt, both sue and Mel were there to assist me which I was extremely happy with there service. I will definitely shop there again. Thank you
I had a very disappointing experience at the Watergardens store of Sportsco. On 4 March I purchased a pair of ASICS runners for my son for $88, and after only two days of normal wear the new pair developed two holes and the front strip began rubbing off. I called ahead and was advised that although I had thrown out the physical receipt, the purchase should still be traceable in the system and proof of purchase via my bank statement would be sufficient.
When I attended the store on 13 March, staff were able to locate the original receipt for the purchase, but refused to assist because it was not the receipt generated during the exchange. I was told their system does not retain exchange receipts and that there was “nothing they could do”.
The staff member called the manager, who advised that I should return on Monday. I explained this was not possible due to work and school commitments and asked if the issue could be resolved during my visit. The manager refused and stated that store policy overrides consumer law and that without the exchange receipt they would not provide a refund, replacement, or even store credit.
All I was asking for was a reasonable resolution for a clearly faulty product that failed within a week of purchase. Instead I left the store with defective shoes and an $88 loss.
Very disappointing customer service. I had hoped to support a local store rather than buying from larger retailers, but based on this experience I would strongly recommend others consider shopping elsewhere.

the physical store are a rip – They sold my mum a pair of slip on shoes they sell for 17.50 online for $42 saying it was $50. Do not buy stuff from their physical store, they have no soul.

used this pair that long and when I went on 3rd November 2023 night around 20:00 hrs, [Name Removed] told me that no refund as per the receipt. But I was also refused an exchange for a better pair of shoes, which I would’ve paid extra for. Because of that I ended up buying a new pair of shoes from RebelSports. I emailed NEW BALANCE, who told me to contact SportsCo and when I contacted SportsCo, they hand balled me to the Store Owner. No one wanted to take any responsibility and just want me to waste my time.
Pacific Werribee SportsCo - Nike – The staff were so great in explaining why the one particular pair I was aiming for was not the right one for my foot as my feet are spread and I will have pain later on. Rude staff did not accept return of faulty shoes – I did not realise that returning faulty shoes can be so difficult. agree with that comment as the shoes are fairly new. They look like brand new apart from the teared stitches and don’t have any scratches. Her colleague [Name Removed] stepped in and has told me that if my daughter is wearing them to school, they aren’t going to last and the damage is not a fault, because the two shoes were made together, so if they were faulty, they would both be faulty. I understand she is young and doesn’t have much experience, but she just did not have any common sense and was extremely rude and confident in her opinion that was lacking any sense and reasoning. I could not believe what I heard, and I asked if she could write it down, so I can show to her manager, but she refused to do it and told me that I can come back on Monday and talk with her store manager. My sister witnessed this and asked [Name Removed] for her colleague’s name, who had been disrespectful and didn't take my return seriously from the beginning and laughed while passing the shoes to [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] refused to tell us her name, so did the other girl at the start. I mentioned I would like to provide feedback to their store head office and then she advised her name is [Name Removed]. Honestly, who would be buying new runners for their kids every 5 weeks. I never had to replace any shoes before, and they normally last much longer.
Quality of clothing is absolutely terrible !!! – I purchased a pair of adidas tracksuit pants Terrible material, so thin nothing like the thick cotton they used to be ! within 1 wear they were covered in little pills and I was embarrassed wearing them to the shopping centre when I realised how terrible they looked when I went out in daylight! $70 for a pair of tracksuit pant that have become inside pants ONLY. They never used to be like this!!
No email, no invoice, no stock and no refund – It is difficult to believe they are legit. I placed an online order, never received a confirmation email or an invoice. I had no proof of purchase. refund one week later, so I opened a PayPal dispute. Not worth the troubles and the time spent, I'll never shop with them again.
Mismatched pricing – We bought two champion ladies t shirts on sale marked at $20 and $25same brand and type on paying my partner was refused the prices as we were told a customer must have changed price and both should e at $25 each maybe this Elizabeth store is going broke to haggle over five dollar's

Total waste of time – Placed an order, heard nothing for a week. No one picks up the phone, no one calls back. Then I see a refund a week later informing me they're out of stock. Total waste of time. Won't shop here again

Missing item, Refund – Received my very first online order and found out 1 item missing. Another item marked as Refund. Over a month now I haven’t received any refund yet. Emailed them twice with no reply. Very bad customer service.

Extremely bad Quality and staff – Bought a $120 pair of leather shoes worn twice and I asked for a refund and the manager at Westfield Helensvale laughed in my face and said “ because of the Quality of the shoes (nothing was wrong with them) we can’t do anything about it” I was fitted for the shoe size and he said that they were too big. I explained to the young girl, that I am happy to spend whatever as long as I find a good comfortable pair and that I had to purchase them that day because I have no time to return to the shops.
I ended up walking out because I wasn’t about to hand over $100 to an unhelpful sales assistant with a bad attitude after a long day at work when I’m just trying to do some shopping.
Never coming back!
Bad online buying experience – Bought a shoe. After 2 weeks they told me its out of stock. Gave me a discount code to use which I used to buy a gift card. After 2 days cancelled the transaction saying its not applicable for gift card. Now refusing to give a discount code to use again after contacting them multiple times. Tried to buy from them the first time but really disappointed to see such service from a reputable store.
