Terrible company - check for eZidebit transactions – Company has been closed or doing maintenance for 2 years, recently got a message to my gmail that ezidebit is trying to take money out on behalf of spotmenow Dodgy dodgy dodgy, of course spotmenow claim ignorance and apparently lost their contract with ezidebit, so of course what do they do, blame ezidebit, ezidebit blame spotme, ffs work it out you two, you’ve been de functional as a company for over 2 years with no updates. Really shady behaviour, lodged complaints with ASIC, my bank, fraud teams, and ezidebit.

DISGUSTING company - not even in existence and they’re still trying to bend me over.

Advised legal action would commence if this is not resolved to my satisfaction.

Only way this company seems to listen to customer complaints is when you put the foot down.

It used to be a good company, post pandemic, like most other companies, struggling to stay afloat

But be aware that they’re still engaging direct debits on closed loans, this is FRAUD.
