Scary lender – Jacaranda "reminds" newly approved applicants to leave reviews. Obviously people are happy at that stage. There are rules to what can be said here, but I believe Jacaranda are good at playing the game with reviews. Their rates and fees are astronomical. I'm talking 47.8% APR. to agree to this, as I have no defaults. I do not know what possessed me to get involved with this company. So admittedly I've missed a couple of payments, due to a temporary personal issue. They immediately sent out nasty emails and started walloping me with insane fees, which were disputed. They sent further nasty emails, which were some of the least professional I've seen in my life. Their latest antics involved sending a default notice then a couple of hours later, they sent an email and text at the same time, accusing me of avoiding them. They never asked for contact in the first place. They are definitely not there to help. I found them to be quite intimidating. [Name Removed] likes to say they're a tech company. I don't think of them as a technology company. They are a company that uses trickery and entrapment every step of the way.

finance because, he said I will get a quick outcome if I apply with proper documents . I applied at Jacaranda on a saturday night and Jacaranda response was very fast. I was advised to provide my bank details to verify my income. Next in half an hour time, I got an outcome that I am eligible for a loan, if I can provide my salary slips and other documents- my id etc. Sunday morning they asked to provide details about their doubts related to some financial transactions in my account and I cleared them. Monday morning, I got a confirmation of sanctioning my loan.I signed my contract in 10 minutes time and in the next minute I received my loan amount in my bank!!!! Amazing, amazing....!! Banks should be like this..Friendly approach, prompt assiatance, quick action, Fast loan outcome and quick fund transfer. told all i needed was the registration renewal papers to show ownership, the vehicle is not currently registered, as it is a motorbike of which i have not needed to ride for a while, and have kept it stored securely in my shed, i went to motor reg. And purchased new renewal papers which shows ownership, but was then told the bike must be registered, i currently didn't need to register the bike and do not have the spare money to do so, so did not want to spend the extra money registering something that isn't currently needed and still no guarantee that upon doing so the loan would be approved. So i could not secure the extra finance which would have been good and made repayments easier. Apart from that overall i was happy with the service given.

Rude staff member. Rohini you are not king/queen!! . It is very evident in your aggressive responses that you do not understand the meaning of customer service. There is no need to retaliate when a customer is simply trying to find an answer.

I’ve had 2 loans over 2 years. 100% payment record for both. Even had a massive pay increase. But apparently they are some transfers from one account to another that just don’t make sense. Absolutely horrible company - they ask for insane amounts of information to prove that you have enough income to support the loan, which is fair. And then they decline you after you give them all your personal information and private data with zero explanation. Screw you Jacaranda, you're the same as everyone else Show details

It was suggested to me send an application to jacaranda. I did within 12 hours I was advised excellent communication and correspondence u are approved . All within 7 days I was approved by jacaranda and in the new vehicle . Overall great service very helpful and sorting everything so quickly and efficiently.
