Dear Springfield Pharmacy Team, I am writing to provide a review of the service I recently received at your pharmacy. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly helpful and came across as somewhat standoffish. The ordering process was standard, and the communication at each step was never clear, and it seemed as though I was more of a nuisance than anything else. After that, I brought my concerns to the owner about not receiving the fourth Webstrep pack, after they had been changed, and I was brushed off and told it didn’t matter since I hadn’t run out of medication, but that I would also be credited with the missing Webstrep pack. I was told to come up there three times for no reason, with no intention of filling the fourth pack. When I returned a couple of days early to pick up the next month’s supply, I was told the packs weren’t ready, and I was told to call the owner about it. When I did, she refused to help, saying that because I made a complaint, she would not fill the prescription. There was no communication even about her telling me to find another pharmacist. I was left with no alternative but to take back my medicines and scripts. I am now forced to drive an 8-kilometer round trip from Dundas to Parramatta to get my medication because of this complete failure of service.

When I first met you, you told me that you were selling your other two pharmacies so you could spend full time at this pharmacy and take your kids to school and pick them up. Yet, you are never there. You also told me that you do monthly billing. The closest it ever came to monthly billing was two or three months. This was totally and utterly unacceptable on your behalf in professionalism or ethics.
