S.R. Smith Typhoon Pool Slide

Hopeless – Arrived with chips, cuts and imperfections in the molded parts. 3 of the 4 number 6 bolts threaded. Would not recommend.

Brilliant the kids are loving it – I love the quality of this slide. It's sturdiness and safety features. Even the 5 year old is managing to climb up safely on what is a very high slide (approx 2m). The ladder is the safest I found when researching slides, which I did for ages as this slide is for grandkids. Adults can use this slide and there are no wobbling issues. It's fast though, even without water. I tried it - it's scary but I'm old. The grandkids are having a ball. We've taken the easy way out of plumbing it into the pool return to be honest, but in doing that it was plumbed in, in a few seconds. The pool has a tap that I plug the pool hose into to remove the water. So we just put some fittings onto the end of a garden hose and plugged the garden hose into there and used the same tap. It allows for plenty of water flow to operate the slide. Overall I am very pleased with this product and although it was expensive I'm pretty sure it will give the kids years of enjoyment.
