Very poor service, started seeing cockroaches after one month, had to call them again and they did another round of service but still seeing cockroaches, ants and spiders. Very ineffective product. Had to call them twice before they came back and then when I complained they come up with lots of excuses that the service did not cover this and that. Avoid them at all cost, hire somebody else. Show details

friendly and offered for me to call him anytime. Sandra is super friendly and efficient. She booked it all while on the phone and phoned me while George was finishing applying the treatment to see how things went. On my initial contact she took the time to chat about the habits of ants. I highly recommend George and this company.

Beware the false advertising! – I contracted SSP to get my house treated in October '22. The technician arrived and did what seemed like a 'reasonable' job. We thought we signed up for the full 'cockroach' treatment, but apparently not....2 months later we noticed a few 'German' cockroaches. cockroaches and it was clearly displayed on my 'paid' invoice. I questioned the wisdom of stating an exclusion 'after the fact'! This should have been advertised/advised prior to the treatment. I was then told by the lady over the phone this was the 1st time in her 3 years she's heard someone complain and I'm free to check elsewhere... Not the best attitude when attempting to gloss over your poor service and false advertising.

requested Termite treatment was required (but NOT provided).The unprofessional looking Termite Report has no business or company name. The invoice provides no actual confirmation of the work provided or the date of work provided - very vaguely worded. I now have little to no confidence in the work provided. The Invoice provided specifically identifies only one of the two requested properties have received attention. I emailed my concerns, the Owner made NO effort to read my concerns, calls me and gets my job mixed up with another problem job - The Owner astoundingly tries to argue his Business has provided me with acceptable service? Never again.

Pesty pest – Had Troy come to spray my house .I was a little frustrated because my appointment was for 10- 12pm he arrived at my place after 2pm he apologised. He done a good Job.
