The technician Andoni was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the prices were very fair—especially considering the level of service provided.

Great service – Really good prices and great customer service! I would definitely recommend.

Rude locksmith and company uninterested in my feedback about that rudeness – I called st george locksmiths yesterday as my new handles are stiff and the privacy snibs don’t turn. I was put through to a locksmith. I explained the problem and he told me he could not fix the lock he does not service that sort of mortice lock. He told me to get the builder to take the lock out, see if it works when not in the door, wash out any debris. However my builder is not interested in coming back to fix the locks. I tried to tell the locksmith this and I tried to say we always use st george locksmiths, so I wasn’t just trying to get free advice, but he wouldn’t let me speak. He said he had already given me advice for 20 minutes (it was 5 minutes my phone records these things), and he hung up on me. I then called the main number and said I wanted to put in a complaint. The woman on the main number said she handles complaints. She wasn’t however interested in hearing why I thought the locksmith was rude. She said she had already talked to the locksmith about my call. And the company cannot help me with the lock. For the locksmith to say he has given me free advice for 20 mins when it is 5, and to shut me down and talk over me is really rude and unprofessional. Is his time really that valuable and is he really that busy that he can’t extend basic courtesy? And this company should review the way they handle complaints, and be open to improving their customer service so that rudeness, meanness and arrogance is not part of it. I have since found a locksmith willing to help and who is absolutely lovely to talk to. After their work is done I will add a review for them as well so you know who to choose when you avoid st george locksmiths, as st george locksmiths does not deserve your business
