to the Lot Owners.

Within 2 years of construction Storm Water pipes had ruptured.

The builders took 3 months to find the fault, which was in Units owned by the Managing Director of St Trinity/ Development Director of NDCO.

Yet they refuse to accept responsibility.

I feel Olympic and Mascot Towers are just the beginning.

Crown Apartments built by NDCO/ St Trinity Group is already showing signs of their poor quality workmanship (within 2 years)

Terrible builder – I have used this builder to build my projects and when it finished its a nightmare. The house is keep water leaking since handover and we have try to contact the builder so many times but never get response. the internet we have found the NBN wasn't register as this should be all done before handover. This builder doing very poor quality and lack of communication. If there is negative rate I definitely will give. I will not use or recommend st-trinity again!
