Do not use this company – Rude unhelpful and no experience. They ruined my front door and won’t come back to fix it.

Terrible! Refused a refund & reimbursement for the damaged caused to our aluminium patio glass door by their locksmith! – It was supposed to be a simple job - replacing a glass patio sliding door lock. It has left us with a repair bill of $3,727 due to the bodgy work done by his Locksmith. We have photo evidence of the before and after photo’s to back this claim. Mr McHutchison is refusing to provide a full refund to my Mother. After inspecting the work done by his Locksmith, Rick has only offered to “patch things” and he is also refusing to pay for a qualified tradesperson who is authorised to work with glass to replace the damaged aluminium patio glass door (which only comes complete.) After having Mr McHutchison arrive on our premises since without authorisation, we do not authorise for any repairs done by his business specifically.
