Personalised Experience – It was my mother's birthday and I had requested a delivery on Sunday morning, unfortunately, the driver was not going to be able to make it. The owner was kind enough to drive over the delivery address to ensure we get the flowers on time. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. The flowers were just amazing! 5 stars plus for customer care and service – I wanted to arrange some flowers for my 1st wedding anniversary and Valentines of course at the hotel. By chance rang Star Florist and now wouldn't use anyone else for flowers in Melbourne. The arrangement put together was gorgeous and the service was wonderful. Best Florist Service Provider – Star Florist handled professionally and beautiful arranged almost 4 years of my booking. Alisa will always be there to reply my requests swiftly. She always handle my booking and deliver as request. I'm glad that they provide Awesome Services by Star Florist.

Bad – They had advertised same day delivery of ordered before 2pm. I placed my order at 8am and they couldn't deliver by 6pm. The flowers never arrived and there was no contact until I had left a voice mail. The day was ruined

Never disappointed – Have been ordering flowers from Star Florist now for over two years. Never disappointed with the quality of the flowers nor the arrangement and the quick response times. Misleading photos on website... Can't explain how upset I am! – Terribly disappointing and shocked at what was sent for my grandsons birth. So not what was pictured, not even close. I do accept that the flowers in the picture may not be available, but the entire arrangement wasn't even close. look about it in the pictures and I paid $207 for bright ugly orange and red flowers that I didn't order, also ordered green and yellow (sunflower) arrangement and was sent leftover orange and green flowers , once again nothing like the picture .. my daughter ordered a smaller posy and got more leftovers from my arrangement and foliage, while the picture was basically all flowers, again the shape also completely wrong & wrong colours. There website pictures are completely wrong and misleading. Its not just a flower difference but its a completely different arrangement of absolutely whatever they like. Will never ever ever use these people again!!!!!!

I feel cheated – I ordered the $199 extra large Rainbow Box for my mother's 69th birthday. From the pictures on the website I was mostly expecting roses and orchids. Compared to the pictures 6 roses were missing and same with the orchids. My mother got gerberas and other cheap flowers instead. They didn't have enough stock on a Sunday? arrangements to be short-changed but this was top of the line. Flowers weren't even sized. It just didn't look neat like the pictures. Flowers don't look crisp enough either, I'm not expecting a long lifespan. There was a little box of chocolates containing 4 chocolates as a surprise gift and that was a nice little touch, which I appreciate. Maybe that was to make up for the cheap cuts? But what was that? Two dollars wholesale and five dollars retail?

But seriously when someone is dropping $199 for roses and orchids, you expect those flowers.

The five dollar card was not pretty for a woman, it was somewhat ambiguous towards the masculine side. C'mon, you should have cards for a mother or at least some pretty feminine cards as a florist. I did specify it was for 'mother.' This card was plain white with Happy Birthday written in blue like a child wrote it and coloured it in *ergh*

I only went with this company because they deliver on Sunday and it was between them and another company that didn't have as many options to choose from. But now that I think about it, I'm pretty confident the other contemporary florist would've provided exactly what I ordered.

Also I didn't like the cart system on the Star Florist website. Once you put something in your cart, you can't remove it if you change your mind because you saw something else that you liked. So make sure that's what you want before you add it to your cart. And Heaven forbid if you're browsing and you've added a few arrangements in your cart to go at the end and do a process of elimination and find out you can't remove anything nor is there a picture of what you've added to your cart. I'm sure they have lost a lot of business with this method. I found this shady because you can add other arrangements but can't remove anything SMH

I could've changed to another flower arrangement that was better and cheaper and not have to write this review *sigh*

Sorry wont be using this company again.

Not fresh flowers – My mother in law received yesterday flower arrangement, for a significant BD, ordered for her from overseas. Sadly they didn't look fresh at all, which was very disappointing.

has had no difficulty finding her but the delivery driver could not.He phoned her but did not leave a message and as she gets many nuisance calls she does not ring back unknown numbers. In the end my daughter rang Starflorist and offered to collect them but they insisted that they be delivered for an extra $10. They were delivered to her office but looked as if they had been knocked about and were very tired. During my exchange with Starflorist, they confirmed that the flowers actually cost $35. So I paid $75 for $35 dollars worth of flowers and I am very disappointed. I cannot recommend anybody use this company. Go to the florist direct.
