Have learned my lesson now with buying of the internet on impulse. Check things out first if they are a scam and read reviews. I only did that after I received my second no-reply email with the information that "the team was working on my order, but we are experiencing a slight shipping delay".... bla bla bla. It would not surprise me that this is a computer generated email, that is sent to you after a random number of days after your order is placed... I just received my third one today!

Overall advise: stay away from these guys..... you will never see your money back and.... apparently some people did receive their orders.... the products are not that good (could be an understatement).

Update: wow.... after nearly 6 weeks (and as per above... I had totally given up on the order) my Starscope order did arrive. Not a bad product, handy in size, great with the phone mount, but.... from a magnifying point of view not as impressive as you see on the promo video.

This product is a scam – I received starscope monocular telescope in mail but it does not work. Starscope claim 10x magnification. They do not. I offered to return them for non faulty but they advised they would send another pair. These never arrived. I contacted them again and they said they would give me partial refund. when this did not occur, their excuse was their account had been c closed so they were unable to refund me!!

Rip off – Charged my account for $75.11 (Australian currency) for one item on 21/03/2023. Contacted them with a screenshot of my order (which included an order number) 16 days later to ask where my delivery was. This product is a scam - not what it claims to be – I ordered two Monoscopes and one phone mount. The scopes were received but not the mount. Complete rubbish – Advertised as used on a mobile phone camera to take close up photos of birds etc. Need to separately purchase the phone fitting attachment so extra wasted money. responses only. As a stand alone viewing device it is also useless as you need to be very precise in lining up the scope with whatever you are viewing. A mm movement will loose focus. All onsite reviews are obviously rubbish, pay no attention to these.

Don't waste your money – We bought a Starscope Monocular Telescope for Xmas. Be aware you are paying in US$ not AU$. The advertising really gets you sucked in and it looks amazing. actual stars.... what a joke, but we're not laughing!!! We are now going down the track of asking to return and get a refund but are getting nowhere with the support team. They keep answering our emails with "you're important to us and we'll review your request soon" but don't actually give us an answer. Thankfully we paid through PayPal so will no doubt have to lodge a dispute with this company to get our refund. We will certainly do more research in future before wasting our time and money. Please don't be conned like we were.

Stay away not as advertised – Like many others I was attracted by the advertising pictures of the capability of this monocular. Some youtube videos indicating a zoom of massive proportions. Sadly on arrival it proved to be a very disappointing piece of crap. Virtually impossible to focus on distant object. Object lens was 25mm not 50. Would have lost more money by returning for refund. Pay Now Get Later - Maybe – Living on the mighty Yarra river with expansive views of all manner of boats, bridges, people and nature I was drawn to telepathic advertisements for this amazing new tech. Ordered and paid in January 2021 and as at early March still waiting. Tracking seemed the logical answer but alas, the map kept changing. Here one minute and in Saigon the next. Scam or simply bad management - guess we'll SEE if it ever arrives.
