V v good with the machines and reknowned for good repairs. The ladies are lovely, the courses are great, and the machines they have are awesome. While some of their products are more expensive than spotlight, they do know their products and also where to get good materials. They always give good recommendations for other things like threads etc. V good. Recommend

Dismissive attitude – After buying through their Kogan Marketplace store, I was informed they'd sold out but they wanted me to accept a different, less expensive machine. needs of stitch speed and handling of denim. He just kept saying I didn't need to worry about stitch speed and that this is 'a better machine' (than the one I'd paid for). Anyway, I accepted the one he wanted me to have, tried it when it came, found it was not up to par. I sent text messages to this person to explain I wasn't happy but had no reply until I threatened to report it to Kogan. He rang and said to send it back. They have now refunded me. But in spite of assurances to the contrary have not refunded the postage cost around $35. I'm still pursuing this.

Customer service – I went there just before lockdown in late February to get my sewing machine repaired.When I went to collect it , he told me he could not repair it. also unprofessional in telling me that the staff member had resigned as she was scared about Coronavirus. I later found out from the sewing class that many students have complained about his bad attitude. I took the machine later to Mooneponds sewing and they were able to fix the machine at no cost as it was only tightening the screws. Please do not take your sewing machine to the coburg centre as he is not helpful at all .
