8 yes old, she said don't know without checking notes, hanged up, called second time, I said why u hung up ,i asked you to check, she said OH MY GOD DAMN, Then I called third time, I said don't you dare swear at me, I am going to police and drag your company to court, u are at reception, you get paid to do job, that's called customer service, out of fear, she started asking for address, telling oh we used to service out of warranty pre covid, we stopped now, go and look in google who services. Hung Up. Taking this further for sure. A nasty employee who is not fit for customer service. Need an answer Stay cool about this behavior.
