We Bought this wonderful steelcraft strider stroller a little over 2 years ago. But 2 weeks ago the frame near the wheel completely snapped. When we went back to the store where we purchased it from, they sent it off to get repaired. The next day we got a call to say its out of warranty we're not fixing it and that we should have paid for extended warranty. So upset & disappointed. UPDATE - I got great customer service from a team member at Britax & i am very happy to say that the problem has now been resolved.

Continued wrong information given – Where can I purchase a new pivoting belly bar for my mini. That’s all I want Britex are giving me the extreme run around giving me numbers for repairers only to be told to go to britax for the 1 replacement part

Fantastic pram – Great light weight pram with a massive basket. Have been using for 3 months with my 3rd child. I have only used it with the capsule so far but very impressed with our light and easy it is to manoeuvre. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because I haven’t used the seat yet. But when I practised I found it hard to move it up and down, however I’m sure with use this will become easier.
