Purchased a few pairs of the women’s underwear and they’re not seamless and they claim. I’ve contacted the company 3 times to query whether I’ve received the correct product and request a refund and they ignore all responses. No trouble previously with the men’s underwear but I’m pretty sure the women’s are just on there to accommodate the missing market and scam people. Beware. 30 day money back is false. Show details
Amazing customer service – I ordered 4 pairs but only received 3. However customer services is PHENOMENAL! Contacted via the link and had not only a response but the whole issue sorted out and a new tracking number for the missing item within 20 minutes. The actual product is super comfortable and feels very high quality. Will be a return customer for sure Show details
Will be coming back for more – First time trying these and they are great! I tried a few different styles including the bra, thong, and the briefs. The fit was perfect and they are the comfiest undies I’ve ever had. I had an issue with my shipment and the team were on to immediately and got it resolved. Definitely going to be a return customer and won’t be shopping anywhere else.
