and very comfortable. But the period knickers are completely different: much smaller, far less stretch, and I couldn’t even get them on. When I contacted Step One, I was told they couldn’t refund worn pairs due to hygiene — even though I only washed them before trying, as I do with all clothing.

They eventually refunded one pair under the First Pair Guarantee, but not the second, even though I only bought them based on incorrect information from their own customer service.

If I’d been told upfront that the period knickers have less stretch and a smaller fit, I wouldn’t have ordered them. I’m disappointed both by the misleading advice and the limited refund response.

I now buy the products for the whole family! Men's and boys I have been buying for years and they last and last - best quality and most comfortable underwear EVER for the men in my life. So that's the product - the Customer Service is also OUTSTANDING! I had a lost order, didn't realize for a good few months, contacted their customer services and they were amazing, even though quite a bit of time had passed. I dealt with Bert, he responded to my emails immediately, sorted everything out, had a new lot sent out and the best thing....it was all done outside of normal office hours! I'm in WA and time poor so it was amazing to be in contact with someone on the East Coast after 7pm my time.

weekend featuring the best female players around the country, and I needed them by then. The team at step one went above and beyond and got them to me quickly. Phenomenal customer service.

I wore them for the first time to training tonight. They fit well, I usually wear a medium and a medium fit me nicely, I could maybe fit in a small but the medium was comfortable on my stomach and stayed in one place. I can’t review the feel on the legs with any honesty as I’m paralysed, but it looks very well fitted, didn’t leave any marks and the material feels soft.

When transferring from day chair to basketball chair, the underwear stayed in one place and did not ride up. They stayed that way while playing too, this is impressive as I’m quite a physical player. They didn’t ride up when transferring back either.

After training they were almost bone dry and didn’t trap sweat odours either like regular underwear. I’m extremely satisfied with this product, and would strongly recommend buying a pair if you’re an athlete. World class.

Could be better – My partner loves this product and wanted me to try it out, he swears by it and said it'll be comfortable and last. body shorts felt comfortable but you can not wear these with tight clothing because you will see the outline of the body shorts - very loose clothing only (dresses). I have a back injury and could not wear the product through out the day, because of the waist band but for others they may find this to be no issue. I felt on the day that the sweat didn't show and it seemed to have a weird feel to it something like a wet/cooling feeling. I'm not familiar with bamboo so I can say that's normal. After a while of walking it started to roll up, and for anyone that's annoying and makes you want to wear it less. The body shorts for me felt more like something you can wear over underwear it's really just bamboo shorts for chaffing. But will keep trying to wear it to see if the product moulds to my body. It's a light weight product but is abit see-through. It's not designed for women who have heavy months and need extra protection its not designed for pads with wings, again it's more like light see-through bike shorts that roll up after a while. I wouldnt say this product is the worst I think if it's something for women it need more attention to details - but this product for MEN as it was originally designed for is perfect and works exactly how it should.

After trialling the new bra I can say that step one not only value quality products, but value their customers feedback. It was apparent the new design of the bra straps is a big improvement from previous, hardly ever falling off the shoulder now. The bra is so comfortable and flexible which is appreciated as a new Mum. It’s not a nursing bra however I found it practical and easy to move for feeds. Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service – I ordered 4 pairs but only received 3. However customer services is PHENOMENAL! Contacted via the link and had not only a response but the whole issue sorted out and a new tracking number for the missing item within 20 minutes. 14th. They told me to wait till January 30th to receive order i have emailed them today saying I have not received it they are now telling me to wait till Feb 5th. Nothing has ever taken this long to be delivered by auspost. Stop blaming auspost. Do not buy from this brand.

Woman’s Bamboo Bras – Purchased 4 bras online- received only 3 - however the customer service was great and my missing bra is being sent to me. The bras feel nice and soft and the colours are nice. The bras were $39 each . I find the straps too loose and will need to sew them to make them sit properly and not slip off my shoulders - the cup size is fine. Very disappointed, short legs rolling up – Shorts ride up (roll up) on leg uncomfortable when like that, Sizing not an issue, material is nice, just noting to keep the legs at length, so anti- chafe can't work. Disappointed..... Back to the drawing board. Also Step One consider a slimmer elastic for women's underwear, this digs in too and doesn't keep cool. Cut label off as very big so can't return.

Quick review – It's a very comfortable bra, I brought my actual size, and I would give it a 5 star but a couple of things I don't really like is, the padding is not secure in the bra it moves and some times ends up not covering what it's there for, and just the straps where they sit would be comfy on wide shoulder lady. Excellent – Great comfortable bra to wear anytime. I wanted something for under PJs when it's not just me & my partner at home & this is perfect, I even sleep in mine. Great low scoop at the back too. Highly recommend

Average – The padding needs to be sewn in, I wore it to work and the padding moved and my nipple was showing which is not ideal at work. Definitely worth and would recommend – Judging from the rest of step ones product range the missus and I almost exclusively wear. I've been wanting them to do bras for the longest time. So I made sure to snap one up the first chance I got. The missus loves hers. I'm told it's her comfiest bra. Definitely more of an at home bra due to the lack of support, but nonetheless I'd like to get more if they expand their bra product line. :)
