My experience with Step2Driect Australia has been very positive. Prompt delivery of the Whisper Ride II. My baby nephew loves it. Highly recommend.

Faulty Water Table – Received a water table for my child’s birthday and the plug is faulty, meaning the water leaks everywhere. discretion for the circumstances and given it is a PLUG - I’m not asking for a replacement for the whole table! Their only offer was to buy a replacement plug at $40-odd plus postage! They have been nothing but unhelpful and a waste of my time. Meanwhile, I contacted Step2 in USA and they were only too accommodating to send me a replacement plug via FedEx International no questions asked. Moral of the story - DO NOT buy from Step2 Direct Australia! PS. My child was also gifted a Fisher Price water table and it hasn’t leaked - winning

SCAM SCAM SCAM – Due to late delivery Step2 was notified I do not require the item any longer. They only advised me to return the item under change of mind policy and charge you $15 fee for their late delivery. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Perfect Kids Water Table – Bought the Rain Showers Water Table for my granchildren and its fair to say pops is a legend wityh fantastic taste. Sturdy product, hours of outdoor fun for the kids. Highly recomended.

Sturdy table but water side leaks – After much research online, in stores and consultation with other mums, I selected a Sand and Water activity Centre from Step2 Direct. It is made of durable plastic and comes with a cover and umbrella to shield children from the sun. However, the water side of the table doesn't function properly as the plug doesn't properly seal off the water, and the water steadily leaks out of the table, emptying in 10 mins. I have emailed the company three times so far, received one response after my second enquire that they would assist, but haven't heard from them since. Terrible customer service. Will not purchase with them again.

Appalling Service – Contacted the store about replacement parts for a cubby house. Was able to make initial contact with the store who promised to order it straight away from the US. Numerous follow up phone messages and emails were sent over two months with no reply from the company, not even an acknowledgement of my messages. I have now given up, which is a shame… Read more

because my daughter really wants to use the cubby house but it's difficult with parts missing. I am now saving up to buy a new cubby house for her. If you want good service for big ticket kids play equipment, please choose the brand/company carefully. I know which brand I will stay away from now!!!
