Magnificent Timely Service – I have a mower man that does my Lawns and when he was Whipper Snipping he threw up a stone and it smashed to my horror a front door double glazed glass panel. He suggested Stevens Glass to fix it and he got onto them immediately and as a result they came out withing 2 hours of the damage, gave me the confidence that they could fix it in a timely manner but their company makes the glass panels too so the wait was minimal. They ordered the glass and job done asap. It was perfect. Great crew of two came out and completed and magnificent replacement window. I would recommend them to anyone who is in my position and they will be my first call if I am faced with another repair.
Very similar to last review! – Had a window smash over the weekend. No-one else was helpful - onto Stevens Glass Mon lunchtime. Said they could come out next afternoon. Received call that morning, and at my place by 9am - job done by 10. Really neat job, cleaned up everything, and the bill came in lower than quoted. Highly recommended. Customer service can sometimes be lacking - they were fantastic.
Really pleased with the job – Someone mowing my lawns hit a rock into my window which shattered into tiny pieces but it stayed in place. I rang Stevens Glass and they were very busy(it was a Saturday) but they sent someone around the same day to secure it in place. They came out on Monday and replaced the glass the guy even found my old fly wire door that I couldn't work out how it goes when I first moved here and offered to put it on for me. I was so pleased and impressed with the guys. They were very friendly, helpful and reassuring. I will definitely be going back to them if need be. It's not often I'm so impressed with a business these days and I don't usually do reviews. Thanks so much for sending two really great guys out to help me the way they did!
Stevens Glass Croydon North EXCELLENT SERVICE – We had a broken wardrobe mirror door and rang Stevens Glass. They came and collected the broken mirror door. A few days later they returned with the mirror door repaired and fixed it into position. We were really pleased with the quality of the repair, the excellent service and friendliness of the people. Highly recommended.
