The product is fantastic, good quality and fast delivery. The only issue we had is it is too large for my 17 year old and we are unable to see a way to shorten it.

The product was true to size, I was worried it wouldn't fit my son as he is quite a large human. It was perfect and it arrived on time before his 21st birthday.

Overall, I was happy with the service that I received. Only issue was that it took a little longer to arrive than expected and the tracking number provided wasn't working with the courier. A couple of emails and all sorted out quickly with follow up from Story Gifter to make sure that I was happy.

The gift turned up within a couple of days from ordering, extremely high quality product, both sons love the bracelet. Very classy.

I purchased these bracelets for my three sons and the words are just perfect however the bracelet is more than perfect, they wear it every day and we’re touched, sometimes a simple thing reminds them that mum is proud of them every moment and this did it ❤️

Ordered a bracelet and was too small to fit my adult son's hand. Want me to return it to Miami USA, despite the item was sent from NSW, Australia. I raised objection but they did not care. I am now contemplating to report to Customer Affairs.

Delivered the wrong product and wanted me to pay for return shipping for exchange or refund. Bad business ethics. Save your money.

Ordered a “Mum” book and got a “Mom” book. When I contacted them, they said they’d send me a “Mum” book but that I would have to play the postage fee. Their website lists an Australian Address but the return address is in Florida. Absolute scam, avoid at all costs. Products are completely different from what they advertise.
