Worst customer service. They don’t care about assisting you with anything on the order. Tried to cancel the order due to selecting the wrong stroller and they would not cancel my order.
Product not arriving. Going on 4 months.hopefully will get it soon.
Do not buy from this company. I tried to cancel an order in under 12 hours as my Daughter that was born premature is coming home from hospital early and the order won’t reach me on time and I can’t afford to buy anything else in the meantime. I am begging but they won’t cancel my order. Please

capacity 20kgs Actual carry capacity 15kgs It was not small enough or light enough to fit in an overhead compartment We complained through the help centre and received an automated response I waited a few days and filed a complaint through PayPal They waited till the last resolution day to respond with an offer which was half the cost I missed the email and PayPal closed the account I have reiterated with them that I want a full refund and they can have their stroller back, it is back in the box packed up but have had no response after another automated email and 2 weeks later They have since changed the details on the webpage except the carry weight but I still have all the screenshots of the original add I will now be filing a complaint with consumer protection I did everything within their guidelines Gave them adequate time to respond The stroller is no good to me as a travel pram as advertised They can have it back Give me my money

shown was a much lighter, more natural tone. In fact, the image they sent me was of a Stokke cot, which is a completely different product and further added to my confusion. I immediately raised this issue with them, but they refused to offer a refund, citing their return policy, which I feel is misleading. The product doesn't match what I was promised, and the response from customer service has been dismissive.
Additionally, the cot was clearly shipped from China, which I hadn’t anticipated when making my purchase. I understand there are often variations in products from overseas, but it makes the decision-making process much harder when what is delivered is nothing like the advertised product.
Their website also claims a 30-day return policy and a "100% satisfaction guarantee," but it seems these policies aren’t honoured when the product doesn’t meet expectations. I feel the item was misrepresented in the photos and description, and I was left with little recourse for a resolution.
On top of that, I’ve noticed that their reviews are only 5-star, with no negative feedback published. When I attempted to leave a review, I was unable to submit anything other than a positive one, which raised concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. It’s frustrating that genuine feedback is not welcomed or reflected accurately.
Ultimately, I would advise potential buyers to carefully consider the images provided before making a purchase. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this store, as the product I received was not as described, and the customer service was not helpful.

be answered with many excuses and to state that the brakes are hand brakes . just imagine a mother with a hand full of things pushing a heavy pram on a slippery floor with no foot brakes !!!!! .I am not an idiot and can read what is described and have had many prams before . update on my package, all I get from customer service is a pushed out estimated delivery date, they also said the issue is that the courier company was to blame and they have now switched but why should my newborn and I pay the consequences for this. I am without a travel system with my newborn, I saved for weeks to get this and now cannot afford a new one. They have ruined this experience for me, I am now $900 down the drain.

Scammers – They sell strollers and prams that are low quality and when you receive the goods looks nothing like the pictures on the website. And then refuses to refund as well. Never buy from this site! Selling unsafe products to newborns.
