Don’t hire this company, frauds – Removalist who tell you lies to get the job and then let you down badly with what they do to you and your things. comfortable. To the point where I forgot to get him to write everything down he agreed to. I told him, the size would be an average house full of things, being of about 30 boxes, plus furniture. As I did not want to return to that town, I asked if they were professional packers, he eagerly said yes! Everything would be packed in paper and the boxes marked with what’s in them. That they’d provide the boxes and paper as well. Not only were they 2 days late in delivery of my things. They left half of it behind. He quoted me $2,500 as he kept assuring me it was a backload and was very happy to at least get petrol paid for. I get texts when he arrived at the house to pickup my load in nsw, saying he has other loads on the truck now and went on with how much items I had and he wouldn’t fit it on the truck. I was pleading with him to honour what he agreed to and bring my things. He said straight out no! He’d gotten himself more loads to bring back and would not honour what he agreed to, with me. While organising things in the beginning, I trusted him at his word and had nothing in writing, and then from a text he called me a liar. I was appalled with what I was faced with when it arrived at my place here in north Brisbane. When confronting the owner who was the one who packed my things and did not deliver my load but got another 2 men to deliver, said, I had a lot more than quoted for, ( but I’d said to him earlier, I’m not sure I have remembered everything, where he chuckled and said “ look your the only load we have it’s a big truck no worries and then reminded me they were happy getting their petrol money). I will now show you photos of what he professionally packed. Only 15 boxes and three quarters of my things.

left that day and they took photos and assured me that 'their boss' would be in contact and that the company would organise someone to fix the damage. I then paid their invoice by direct debit right then and there (they had sent me a digital invoice with the details and the removalists said it was the balance minus a $200 deposit, i did not pay a deposit but just rolled with what they said to pay). Once they had left a got an email saying that there was an error in the system and that i had not paid the right amount ( i assumed this was the $200 deposit so i wasn't surprised and was happy to pay the difference) however they send me a new invoice with an amount over $200 which was confusing to me however they stipulated that i would continue to be charged in 15 minute intervals until the invoice was paid so i just paid the balancing amount out of not wanting to be charged more. After paying the 2nd invoice i realised that it wasn't itemised like the first one was so i went to look at the 1st digital invoice they sent me and the link kept taking me to the 2nd invoice as if it had replaced the original one so i was unable to view the initial invoice details again. I then emailed them asking for a copy of the original itemised invoice to which they never responded. I had also emailed them before this asking them when someone would be in touch regarding the damage that had been caused as I was told by the removalists that they would organise someone to fix it, they never responded to this email either. After getting no response i then tried to call the number i got off google and was put through to 'reception' however i believe this might have just been a third party call centre that filtered their calls as they could not give me any information on when someone would get back to me, if someone would get back to me, would not email me a confirmation of the call etc. I believe that i have been frauded/scammed as i was not provided the full service of what i was told (fixing any damage caused) as well as i believe that i was overcharged on the balancing amount as the numbers don't add up however i can't confirm this as they won't reply to my email asking for an itemised invoice. After looking at some reviews online it appears that I am not the only one who has this experience although it only seems to be an issue when they have indeed caused damage or overcharged someone. I am currently disputing the charges and reporting them the ACCC however will happily review this if they every decide to answer my calls or emails.

Very Bad Removlist Company – Did not finish the job on the day moving house, also damaged the floor of my new house. The boss came back, still not finish the job, we have to hire another company to finish the job. Overcharged us for extra hours they came back for finishing the job or over charged for lifting heavy furniture which are included in the initial quote. Very rude staff, standing in front my own house and threating me to pay the remaining of the bill. They should not be in the moving industry at all!!!
Awesome bunch of blokes, happy with a bit of singing thrown in – I was really surprised at how kind and generous these lads were. They supported me, to move into my new home without any issue at all. “No job to complicated is what I say” as I had a stairwell that was not that accomodating or a driveway they couldn’t drive up. They just got on with the job with a smile. Big thank you to all of you ☺️

“T” were respectful in our home and worked harmoniously creating a happy atmosphere during what can be a stressful time. These guys are hard workers and seriously strong but gentle giants with delicate items. We highly recommend them.
Highly recommended movers – Strong movers were recommended to us by friends and we were so happy with their service. Isaac and Tee were super friendly, accommodating, efficient and managed some big awkward items of furniture with ease. We would definitely use them again.
Quick, efficient and affordable – These guys moved my Mum from her home into a retirement village. They arrive early and were finished in two hours flat. It went so smoothly and mum was really happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.
These guys are awesome as always. Miko, Darwin and Brodie were an absolute pleasure to move with. Highly recommend – Moved a two bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom duplex a further 40mins South Brisbane and they had it all wrapped it up by 10am. Very Happy with the move and cost.
Disappointed – Truck and men arrived on time and men were courteous and helpful. Move took much longer than the equivalent move in the opposite direction, which would have been OK if it was because the men were being more careful. Super friendly - everything was quick and reliable – I had a small backload from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. One Q Mattress and a slat bed frame. Darwin suggested the backload (saving me money) and in my situation it was a perfect choice. I was not in a hurry for the delivery but the pick up needed to be set. Fantastic and efficient service – Miko and Dan did a fantastic job with a 3 bedroom to a second floor apartment, including hoisting oversized furniture onto the balcony, done door to door within 3.5 hours. I highly recommend their and Strong Movers services.

Very lovely and efficient removalists – On Saturday last weekend we used the services of Strong Movers. We had a 6x4 storage shed to move. We found the guys punctual, friendly, efficient. Nothing was broken and the guys had a great attitude and were polite and strong. Thanks guys, we are singing your praises to all.
Great move! – Bruce and Sili were great today. Very efficient, hardworking and quick. Fun guys, good work. They were on time and moved into a difficult apartment with no complaints. Will use you guys again.
Fantastic move – George and Derrick today moved a 4 bedroom home's furniture from one storage unit to another. They were prompt, friendly, very quick and efficient, careful with no damage and easily catered to my every request. Great move guys.
George and Kelvin – George and Kelvin were great at moving my stuff. I had to move approximately half an hour away and about a 1 Bedroom apartment worth of stuff. The guys were hilarious and they worked so well together. Made the moving process super easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend and use again should I need a removalist!
Absolute Excellence! TRUST-WORTHY – I must say, I've had help from many furniture movers before, but none....I repeat NONE, come close to the level and gold standard of Strong Movers. They were quick, careful and very efficient with how they moved. We had no damaged furniture or marks on walls. The guys were very polite and even offered to clean footprints from the dirt out front. Highly recommended for anyone moving to or out of apartments. These guys are the ones for the job!
100% recommend! – Had a large couch moved from the city to north side and the move went smooth with no dramas. We stay on the second floor of an apartment and the move was quick and efficient with no damages. The guys were also friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone trying move.
Friendly but rough – The guys were extremely friendly, efficient and nothing was a problem for them. The hourly rate and final price was very competitive, so definitely no complaints there. Unfortunately our fairly new leather lounge ended up with scrapes/ scuffs, possibly scraped from moving though a doorway. This would be the only reason that we can’t recommend as leather is so expensive to fix no matter how small the damage area is.
Cannot recommend strong movers – Arrived an hour late. Tried to charge extra than quote (hourly rate, travel time, credit card surcharge). Second storey to second storey move. Took twice the time of my previous movers with roughly half the stuff. And that was with no boxes brought up at the destination!
Best movers – Moved my house to an upstairs apartment from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane. Guys were on time and got everything done to the highest quality. I Recommend these guys to anyone and will move with them netxt time. Show reply

Great service – I got the chaps from Strong Movers to help me move my furniture from a 2 bed unit into storage. They turned up on time. Were friendly and efficient. Couldn't really have asked for more.
