Their technical assessment, communication, and overall professionalism were below acceptable standards for structural work. Homeowners should think very carefully before engaging SRS for underpinning. Seeking advice from a qualified structural engineer or a more experienced company is strongly recommended.

anyone on the basis that if they can successfully deal with a 175 year old building constructed of creek stones with no foundations, then any lesser work would be easy for them.
