Useless Company – Firstly my townhouse took 3.8 years to complete, 2 years longer than expected, the company will blame everything except their inadequate management. After completion, there were numerous defects that after 3 months ai am still awaiting correction. Once of these jobs is a five minute touch up of paint that has been ongoing for three months. During the build, no communication whatsoever, moved in and had no electricity (which was being organized by the Developer) so had to spend a week in temporary accommodation due to no power connected. Follow up responses are non existent and once they hand you the keys the remove any responsibility from themselves. One of my issues is a power point is not working, when the Electrician came out, there were no wires on that side of the house, thereby a false power point, if this isn't bad workmanship, I don't know what is. the other issue is the flooring is starting to come apart (I moved in 3 months ago) and as this was subcontracted out, they are not assisting me to get this resolved. Their website is very fancy by their work ethic and build does not live up the this expectation. I have lodged a claim with the Vic Building Association but as they are flooded with similar issues, I have been advised the wait is long so maybe this review with spring Stylecraft into operation and deliver on what they promise. If you are happy to wait years for a townhouse, have numerous defects, major issues like the electricity then this is the builder for you. I was advised I should be thankful they didn't go under like many other companies of late. After I moved in it rained and my garage flooded because a plumber had blocked the filter for the water tank so all the rain water was seeping into the garage. Luckily it is a step up into the house as if not it would have flooded the ground floor of the house.

OK – Good workmanship and finished, you can visit houses they are actually building. Owner explain the different steps that need to be considered before starting the process Deal with Owner at all time (or his son) A bit slow with the initial stage...
