Great service from [Name Removed]! It’s the the third piece of furniture we have purchased from the Watergardens store [Name Removed] and staff are fantastic . Great quality, prices and services . Delivery was hassle free the guys were great !!
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product & Worse After-Sales Service I rarely write reviews, but this experience left me frustrated enough to warn others. I received a sofa that was scratched due to poor packaging. I immediately reached out to the company, but despite multiple follow-up emails, I never received a response. When I finally managed to get in touch, I was treated rudely and dismissively. There was no effort made to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the damage. The lack of basic customer service and accountability is shocking.
I would never recommend buying from this company. If you care about product quality or after-sales support, look elsewhere.
After sales service so bad that I will never return
Bad mannered , arrogant and abusive store Manager – This review is about my experience in the Hoppers Crossing Store. The salesperson, was nice and we were working with him to choose the items and the colour combinations we wanted and the discount we could avail. We were almost in the final stage , when I asked about a clarification about a discount -- - we were working with multiple pricing and discount options- I did calculations and commeted that ultimately the price quoted to us with discount is actually the total tagged price for the items and the delivery (No price difference there) -- and what we are getting discount is the warranty / product protective insurance for free ( which is about $250).
All of a sudden the store manager (the man with the beard) came and started abusing me. He started misbehaving for no reasons at all. I was not interacting with him at all -- I was having a healthy interaction with the salesperson -- the store manager interjected for no reason and started almost abusing me in a very very rude tone-- he was like in the offensive and started attacking me-- " So, how MUCH you want to pay? " etc etc. I wrapped up, and walked away-- I told him, that I would have purchased the items , but since he is misbehaving and insulting me and talking disrespectfully, I will not buy from his store. He was still bad mouthing as me and my wife walked out of the door.
I Feel everyone should be aware of this incident and the nature of the store manager /( or store owner ) of the Hoppers Crossing Store.

After having my lounge for 5 months I would change my rating a 2 for quality. Material pulls very easily and looks like it’s at least 5 years old ! After logging an issue - I was told to cut the threads with a pair of scissors !!
