Scammer – This company has multiple names 1.Sugar Party 2.GroceryGo 3.Snackland The owner “Toby” won’t get back to you. I have texted him , called him , and sent multiple emails to all three companies asking for a refund and gotten no reply. I have now emailed Consumer Affairs about this and waiting to hear back from them. If you are looking for the shop it’s in Bondi

Scam beware – SCAM…. Did not received my order despite several attempts to contact this company with no reply.
No problem refund – Reached out via chat, they advised the product was out of stock, which was disappointing, but they provided a no hassle full refund, which I greatly appreciated.
Scam! – Scam! Never delivered! Order has been confirmed for a month. Promised delivery 3 times, yet no package to date. Don't waste your money on this company
Scammer – Dont purchase from here, they just loot your money, its a scam website and the owner is a scammer.
SCAM ALERT!!! – Its a scam do not order from here be cautious.!!!!. They create a digital tracking number and it says parcel is with aus post. When contacting them they say nothing and that I am not eligible for refund either. They cant get away like this robbing people. Someone need to take action on them.I made a mistake purchasing from them without checking the reviews.

Attempts to reach customer service were futile, as there was no contact number provided. I submitted an inquiry through their chat option and received a message indicating that the issue would be processed that week. However, as of 11/09/24, there was still no progress. When I followed up, I was informed that the item was out of stock, with no clear timeline for when it would be available.
I requested a refund, but my messages have gone unanswered. It feels like they are engaging in false advertising and are unresponsive to customer concerns. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this site entirely.

Not real - please do not buy – This company is a bogus. Please don't buy from them, first Australian Company that I've seen that doesn't act one. Can't even give a rating.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM – If I could give this company no stars I would. DO NOT buy from this company. They will muck you around and not deliver your order. I've waited 6 weeks now! Absolute SCAM. Apparently the owner gave refunds to some people as they found his personal details and home address.

8 weeks still waiting , no good – be prepared to wait a LOT longer than advised on website.. guess I shouldve done my research.. still waiting almost 8 weeks later. got the run around from them trying to get an update! just got a 2nd tracking number yesterday so lets see if it turns up - the first tracking number was never lodged with aus post. I definitely would not order from them again or recommend them to anyone due to the poor customer service and delay.
Horrific – Absolutely disgusting service. I was robbed by these people. They should be under investigation. I also didn't get my refund back. I tried calling them , e-mailing and messaged, but no response.

my order being allocated a tracking number it still hadn't left their business. My gut told me it was dodgy therefore I raised a dispute with my bank and got it refunded. Whatever you do please be careful when ordering from this business.
Pathetic!! – I bought a range of sweets for my daughter birthday, paid for express post thinking it would arrive within a week. It’s now been 3 weeks and it still hasn’t been sent. Customer service is non existent and don’t answer your queries. It’s the worst possible experience you can receive. Buyer beware!!!!!

SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! – They do not deserve any stars at all! Total ripped off! Ordered chocolates worth $150 and they haven’t shipped anything. I tried to send them emails asking for any updates and yet I haven’t received anything. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!
I got scammed! – I ordered some fix chocolates and some lollies. They sent me a message saying that my order has been shipped and marked as full filled. Been more than 3 weeks now I still haven't received my order. Status on Auspost still pending. I tried to contact them many times but all I got is their automated text and email. I didn't get my order! – Reported to PayPal. They said already shipped but no tracking status. I messaged them a couple of times telling me it was shipped out.
Scammers – Definitely scamers claimimg they sell Dubai chocolate. Report to your bank if you've made a purchase
