I can highly recommend Summertime Pools. We had a little bit of a vision of what we would like... then Gerry and the team turned it into reality, transforming our lumpy patch of grass in the back yard into a lovely pool and recreation area. We used Summertime Pools and their service was fantastic. I took us a year to make the decision. We shopped around as it's a huge investment and we kept going back to Summertime as our Number 1 Provider. We couldn't be happier- no question was an issue. We love our pool and have enjoyed the summer break utilizing it as often as we could. I highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for a pool Show reply
We found summertime pools to be very easy to deal with from the initial visit through the permit process. The boys who installed our pool were great. The hole installation was completed in 5 days. Would highly recommend these guys. Show reply
We’ve had our Summertime Pool for a few years now and it’s honestly changed the way we live. We absolutely adore our backyard and the pool is the centrepiece. Our whole family loves it! Install was smooth and the team were super helpful. We went with the Fresh Water system and it hasn’t missed a beat. So easy to maintain. I’d also recommend the in ground blanket box if you have a small space. Highly recommend. Show reply
Decided to go with Summertime Pools, Dandenong South for our new pool. Excellent, friendly salesman, Australian made products and good reviews online. Competitive but not cheap pricing. Numerous issues with installation. Submitted paperwork for pool permit in Oct 2024 for a November installation. Received phone call in December - Summertime… Read more
did not apply for the permit as paperwork was misplaced. Pool finally installed in January 2025 but had multiple issues. 1) spa plumbing not connected for gas heater so had to be dug out and plumbed up after spa installed inground. 2) 2 month delay in pool equipment installation - required multiple phone calls, emails and messages to 4 staff members over several weeks before it was finally installed but could not connect to power (client not advised of the additional requirements). Connected and handover done in May 2025. However, 3) delayed access to controls and pool heating element because parts not completely installed. Near completion in October 2025. Returned in January 2026 to assist with Wifi connectivity (wrong software prior) and review of 4) malfunction in spa gas heating element - the motherboard was damaged by rust as the Astralpool gas heater's control panel was not sealed allowing rain water to get into it. Finally, the Dolphin Maytronics robot vacuum malfunctioned - 2 of the unit's buttons have stopped working. Summertime Pools advised us to put a claim through the warranty ourselves because they were likely to cause further delays. We suggest any prospective client avoid Summertime Pools - their processes are flawed with major communication breakdowns between departments. Their product support is limited and it appears the installers have limited knowledge about their products.
