Excellent customer service – Summerwave heat pumps have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They have always responded to my calls or emails and answered all of my questions. They have never rushed me when I have been on the phone with them and really took their time responding to my questions, even after having bought and received one of their products. Reliable pool heater – Very reliable product. Our outdoor pool needs to be heated to 32degrees all year round. Run a home based swim school with approx 140 kids per week plus carers. We have not had an issue with this heater in almost 6yrs. Show details

DAYYYYAAMMMMMM – Holy S#1T this thing is good ! Fantastic Service when an issue arose – We purchase our Inver-X model approx 2 years ago and it has run faultlessly since then. In August this year i notices that it was not working as expected - after soem backwards and forwards with Ben we resolved that it was going to require an on-site visit. Ben arranged all of this and got to the bottom of the problem with the Refrigeration technician and had it resolved by a 2nd visit. Would highly recommend the again based on this. Show details

It only took around a day to bring the pool temp up from 23 to 29 degrees. It is extremely quiet and runs well. My Plumer rang and spoke with Ben to ask a few questions as our pool setup is a bit different and more complicated to most peoples. Our plumber was very impressed by how helpful Ben was in answering all his questions. Our sparky said it was a nice simple install also. My daughter jumped in the pool yesterday which would be the first time our pool has been used in september since be bought the place 7 years ago. The clouds came over as she was in the pool and the temp dropped. She stayed in the nice warm pool then quickly ducked inside to have a bath and sit infront of the fire place. Smooth and reliable – Very happy with my purchase of Inver-X heat pump. Have had it for 4 months and works exceptionally well. tells it like it is and everything he said has been backed up by the performance of the heater. Impressed with the whole outfit. Ben said I definitely need a cover which I did not have for the first 7 weeks, still heated pool to where I wanted it but had to start at lower temp everyday so a waste for the heater as lost about 2-4 degrees most nights. Have now installed cover, temp so easy to maintain at whatever you desire now and easier to boost up if required. Overall if looking for a heater, look no further.

missed a beat. I am in Melbourne, it is on most days/nights, and does keep the pool at 33c, with a pool cover on. The "turbo" function is useful to reduce heating times. The wifi & app makes for easy on/off/monitoring.

Now that I have solar panels installed, this pool heater is running daytime, with the added benefit of having higher heat transfer and efficiency, and all at no cost to heat my pool.

We plan to be using the pool most days from Sept~May due to the pool heater, and that the pool heating will be at almost no cost as it will be running during daytime using the surplus solar electricity generated.

I would personally recommend Summerwave & their range of pool heat pumps.

circuit made my decision easy. Transaction was smooth as was delivery within a couple of days from Adelaide to Sydney outer suburbs. Installation was simple which only took about 30 minutes as my original pipework was easy to adjust and attach with provided fittings. Have had it running as backup behind the pool cover and has kept a good balance of 30° over the cool pre summer and over our not quite Sydney summer this year. Excellent service and pool heat pump – We purchased a 15kw IPro150 Inver-Pro and Kathy and Ben were very helpful. The unit shipped from Adelaide to Brisbane in less than a week and is installed to automatically come on during the day with our filter. It's offset by our roof solar system and has had no problem getting our pool from 23' up to 30'C. It's also surprisingly quiet, efficient and looks to be good quality.
