Queensland. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated, I can't wait to see the income and tax benefits of an investment property. Even though there were a couple of misunderstandings, the team at Summit were able to resolve all issues quickly and professionally.

in the inside. When I asked who the developers were they said "it's the big man at the top.." Some random talk about developer vs builders and that builders leave houses without landscaping etc, the evidence for this was a page with some random drive by photos from a car of half built houses XD.

Sample material (report from a Aus investor or something) intended to show that "couldn't believe I don't need to drive past my jnvestment home" was unreadable, mentioned they only invest in VIC because growth rate in WA is uncertain due to 2016 mining crash but also stated that properties double every ~7 years based on a CAGR 10.4% for Australia. Offered 2 VIC properties in comparison using different CAGR's costs associated looked like picked off a dart board and no detail on these either. Misleading as the property that offered higher return looked much worse in terms of layout, location than the closer to city property but this property used the higher CAGR.

Googled the website on the brochure, non-existent, seems they are also summit wealth.

asked their team to get it fixed and they never did so I had to contact the land-developer and the builder myself to get it fixed. Whenever I have called them, I was always told by the receptionist that "I have raised your concern with my supervisor" someone will call you today. No one returns the calls. During my mortgage application, I have left so many voicemails, sent so many emails and got nothing. Had to try for weeks to be able to reach someone. I ended up using my own Mortgage broker, conveyancer and getting in touch with developers and builders by myself. their team promised me that they will provide all these services and they did nothing.
