Worst iron I’ve ever owned – Bought in July 2020, replaced twice under warranty and have now just thrown out the third one in disgust. The first iron had a hole in the water tank and dripped water from the bottom when upright. The second had a faulty thermostat: it would go cold then suddenly overheat. I wasted a couple of hours trying to clean it but after covering an old sheet in dark brown rust stains, still could not get it to run clean. I’m so disgusted I simply threw the iron away despite it still being under warranty rather than ask for a further replacement.
Disappointed – Although the iron is a great colour, this makes it nearly impossible to see how much water is in the water tank. Also the water inlet cover will only stay open by itself by a small amount which makes it difficult to fill and it opens in a direction which also makes it difficult to empty. These factors alone are enough to make the iron annoying to me. Show details
Disappointing – I purchased this iron in February 2020 and was my third Sunbeam iron. However, I am very disappointed with the SR 6350 because: 1. there should be a clear window to see the water level. The colour is much too dark, and 2. the lid for water filling opens the wrong way. Sunbeam Alpha SR6350 – It was a great iron to start with. We liked the long cord after our initial purchase of another brand resulted in the core being to short. Not even 12 months old, went to iron my shirts and the iron decided to give up all together. Hardly used as I would send my clothes to the dry cleaners. Show details

Sunbeam Alpha Iron SR6350 – Heating up light - cant see. Temperature control is awkward to reset because handle too high above. Maroon colour too dark to see through for water level. Sole plate certainly doesnt glide and causes more creases. Too much space between sole plate and body of iron - material gets caught up especially at front point of sole plate. Long cord and auto turn off best features I can agree with. Show details
