Disappointed machine owner – Purchased this machine February 2011.(First 2 machines didn't work on purchase). When it was working it made great coffee but had to have it fixed at great expense twice. Then in October 2012 the circuit board blew up after only having the machine fixed 7 weeks before. Very disappointed as I thought Sunbeam was going to be a good brand to purchase. Warranty only 12 months so nothing covered in time of break down. It was east to use and clean and made good coffee. Had to be fixed twice before finally blew up.

Great coffee maker just like a bought one – Purchased this sunbeam coffee maker 3 years ago, and we have had no troubles and care free coffee making since. It has a large 3ltr water tank, although i swear it is always empty.. :-) Pressure pump is great for a small machine and steam function is very powerful. Hot water tap is slow and not very hot. This machine also has a large run capture tank, but some times the water runs underneath this tank and onto the bench.

This machine came with a conical burr grinder, and as a package it was very good value. Grinder is a bit hit and miss. It tends to need the setting changed regularly and be careful if you clean it has small parts can be lost. It also is a little messy compared to other grinders. Reliable and makes a great coffee tank size and run off container

My new best friend – I recently purchased the sunbeam coffee maker, and I think it's brilliant. Having consumed many cappuccinos in my time, but never having made one before, I was surprised how easy it was to make a great cappuccino first time. It looks fantastic, and is beautifully finished, which I think is important. It has the feel of a much more expensive machine. It came with a conical burr grinder, and as a package it was very good value. Having not owned it for long I can't vouch for its durability, but so far I couldn't be happier. Very easy to use, looks great, nicely finished
