Terrible – Our Sunbeam water filter started dripping constantly with in the first four months of buying. Starts dripping after being refilled and post dispensing of water. Cooling function is now working only intermittently. Water now has a strange mettalic taste. Would not recommend this products unfortunately as it was quite expensive to buy, and did not last long enough to be worth spending the money!

Product should be taken off shelf. Been through 5 different models and all have broken down – The unit itself when working is fantastic, however the chiller keeps breaking down. I have been through 5 replacements all of which have broken down. The last unit was supposed to have ironed out the issues, but it broke down 3 months after warranty, lucky I purchased extend warranty from Myer. I will not be replacing another. It chilled and filtered water great product does not last. 5 different models all broke

Bad – good whilst working but jug in the fridge will save me a lot of money. They should at least come with a 2 year warranty. was good when it worked mine packed it in as soon as the warranty was up, considering i paid about $275.00 for it you would expect it to last longer. fan did get a little noisy at times.

I very stupidly got the deluxe model of the same brand. I will not buy another sunbeam water filter.I would not recommend this product. plenty of filtered water when needed cooling function broken. hard to get replacement filters, often have to order them and wait.

Terrible – Don't waste your money on this water filter! I have now replaced it with an "Aquaport TTX", and it hasn't skipped a beat. It is soooo quiet, and a much superior machine. NONE! know what a piece of garbage it is!

It usually has the fan screaming it's head off constantly, or just stops working altogether.

Even the updated model had issues, and were taken from shelves.

Terrible – Units constantly Drips water and has stopped cooling, this is my 2nd replacement in 6 months! Will consider paying extra for better quality and design! Average product quality and reliability. Retail Shop availability poor,

Good – I think I am one of the lucky ones! My mum bought me mine as a present and it always worked great. She had a few problems with hers but I have not had any with mine. my kitchen but keep this upstairs near the bedrooms. It is about 3 years old now and still filters and still chills the water. I like that it chills the water! Took up a fair bit of room in my tiny kitchen

competitive quality product (we would not have kept purchasing Sunbeam water filters if there was a decent alternative available. However, 4 broken ones is enough!). Chilled water We have gone through 4 of the Deluxe filters in 4 years - the first 3 stopped chilling water within 12 months and the motor in the 4th one stopped working at 12 months. Luckily we were able to return each one and get a replacement.

OK – I have purchased two WF6810 hopeing the second would cool better than the first but after some use the second does not cool at all. The fresh water taste Does not cool enough.

Terrible – Not worth buying this product. Sunbeam (Help Centre) were not interested in discussing the warranty issue, let alone helping me fix the problem - I had the distinct impression that they would not recommend this product either. Was fantastic - when it worked! 1st unit broke just out of warranty - was replaced but sunbeam refused warranty on the replacement. Replacement lasted 6 months.

Terrible – Ok item when brand new would not buy or recommend it to any one life span of 12 months for a $200 item no good worked good when new 1st replaced under warranty ,2nd stopped cooling out of warranty

Terrible – Reliability. I bought two one for my parents and one for our house. The cooling function failed on both within 6 months, both were replaced twice under sunbeams pathetic 12 month warrenty. newer model, which looked to be built completely differently with larger Air vents etc but alas it failed after 7 months..... (I bought an after market extended warrenty on this one after my last Sunbeam experience) I estimate that for the 3 years the extended warrenty company will have to repair my unit every 3-7 months. I should get two so I can have one working while the other one is being repaired. Any luck the extended warrenty companys will black ban Sunbeam rubbish from items they will cover perhaps that will make sunbeam have a go at making a $200 Product that is worth buying. Come on Sumbeam show us you are FairDinkum and offer a factory 3 year warrenty. Then we will believe you have done something about the quality. It's Brilliant, Makes drinking water easy and convenient Lack Of reliability, and Sunbeam obviously don't care about improving it.

OK – Nice product, not real complaints. I'm on tank water so I get through about 3 filters a year. I have several Sunbeam products which all seem to be pretty good. Looks good, kids drink more water because of it. Chilled water is not chilled enough, A bit noisey when in chilling mode.
