Terrible experience – I bought a refurbished Electrolux dryer for $450 with three months of warranty. The dryer stopped working after four months and circa ten uses. Very helpful and Trustworthy – Great service. I came in Melbourne to study and needed to set up a house as quickly and cheaply as possibe. I bought a good value fridge and washing machine. Plus a warranty on the products comes handy. Their staff is also very helpful and trustworthy. I strongly recommend them

Incredibly rude staff & faulty appliances – Do not use these guys!!! Worst decision buying through them!! We bought a washing machine for our tenants. machine was not installed properly as they had damaged our plumbing when trying to install the first machine. They dont know what they're doing!!! When we queried why the second machine was not installed correctly they screamed and told us to shut up over the phone!! Unbelievable!! Still waiting for a resolution. Going through consumer affairs now.

Good product and services, – When I came to Melbourne 2 years back, was setting up my house, looking for white wear at affordable price, was recommended Sunny electronics. Bought fridge, washing machine and vacuum cleaner, compare to big retailers, pricing was lower and delivery time frame and charges very competitive, No issue till date. I did recommended to my friends and have not heard any adverse comment. The place to go for good products and service.

Do not buy anything! – After multiple problems with a fridge and washer, and after "fixing" them, they were forced to replace BOTH. Dont do it – Worst experience of my life buying from these people. I brought 2 items a washing machine and a Fridge from them, the washing machine broke straight away and leaked everywhere someone came to fix it but it leaked again a week later after much grief it was refunded. now 9 days after the fridge broke having to deal with whirlpool who are saying the warranty Sunny gave us doesn't cover us for this issue and sunny have at every step been rude and unhelpful. Tomorrow i will have to speak with Consumer rights people to try and sort this mess out! If you are reading this review and tempted to visit them dont do it to yourself its not worth it!
