Not what I paid for – I purchased a pack of "6900Pcs Glow In Dark Loom Silicone Band Mixed Color" for my grandchildren. Only realised later that the fine print states 'only yellow and green are glow in the dark' but absolutely NO colours glow in the dark. Very misleading advertising and very disappointing. Broken and damaged packaging. Never again – Broken xmas bells, and broken wooden trees, all separated and so far refuse a refund due to not taking separate photos of exactly the same items broken in the same places. What, really. Show details

SCAM complete SCAM – I brought several product's and paid for my order . I get an email several days layer reminding me to pay my account . its a complete SCAM . I sent email s trying to sort it out but I've haven't got anywhere with it I'm vertically called a LIAR and told that when the funds go thru on their end they will send my order. Complete waste of time and $$$ now I'm $160 out of pocket!! This site is not to be trusted!!!

Very poor product – I bought organza pouches on line. They were sent in a box. 20% of the product was good and they put those on the top but underneath were all the substandard ones. Ripped,broken. I threw them in the bin. No customer service. Will never buy from here again!!!!

Buyer beware – I purchased x 24 watches for $99.90. These were purchased as student prizes. Only x3 worked - and only those three had damaged faces on the clocks. Appalling customer service, appalling products - NEVER buy ANYTHING mechanical from these folk - you'll be sorry if you do.

somebody to assemble it. Nowhere on their website do they advise of the aforesaid which means the cost of the product rises considerably depending on the size.

Stay away - defective items and bad service – Regret not taking notice of the other negative reviews before trying. They are probably very cheap because some of their products are defective. Part of my order received damaged so totally useless. Rest of my items received in filthy packaging. Sent them photos to which they replied, requesting more photos and/or video as proof. Repeated emails and no response over two weeks. Not sure how they are still in business.

Unreliable service – Haven't received the ordered items. Delivered less items than ordered, damaged and wrong item delivered. Very hard to deal with.

Damaged goods and terrible returns service – I bought 24 flashing bouncing balls from Sunrise Imports and every single one was defective - the balls were deflated and were leaking liquid. They were unsafe for children, and not to mention they don't bounce at all. period. This is against the Victorian Consumer laws, yet the owners insisted this was their 'store policy'. Very dodgy seller and very bad service. Their goods are cheap due to defective or poor quality. Avoid buying from them to avoid major dissapointment.

Excellent customer service – I ordered 20 parasols for my daughters wedding that have been lost in transit by Australia Post! Sunrise imports have just informed me that they are going to resend them to arrive in time for the wedding! Thank you so much Sunrise Imports!
