Terrible customer service – Sold ice resin as “factory seconds” and claimed it would still set clear. This resin is YELLOW (like, urine yellow) in the pot and after curing. I sent photos of the piece, asking really nicely what could be done, as the piece had tail hair in it from a horse that had passed so I obviously can’t retrieve it or replace it. stating that it goes that colour when it passes it’s shelf life (after she claimed it was sent like that to her, so nice going there.) was basically told “sorry but not sorry you’re out of luck, thanks for your money”.

Asked for $86 parcel to be left at house. COMPLETELY IGNORED – I can not review the product as I won’t be able to pick it up. I live in country town. Hence why I requested delivery to the front door.
