Sunshine Blade Instant Heat

Remote Issue – I have bought two of these. And tried to test it out b4 mounting. Turned on the button on the unit. The remote only works within 1 meter from the unit. If u are two meters away it doesn't work. Any suggestion?

A well-worth-it product! – I've put this in my kitchen as it's one of the coldest rooms in the house and it does "what it says on the tin"! it really is instant warmth! temperature setting, Setting 2 or 3 is more than adequate. I'm really pleased I decided on this product and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to heat too large a room.

Absolute scam – I bought one of these Sunshine Blade instant heaters online 2 months ago. I saw their ad with the heater on the wall. switchboard, and paying a plasterer $670.00 to patch the damage from the Electrician after he had to “chase “ a 7 metre channel in my wall, (I painted the wall myself). I finally got to use my sunshine blade heater. It warmed my head and shoulders for 3 weeks. After that it stopped working. I rang the phone number on the invoice and I was told that it was the electricians fault. After I paid the Electrician to inspect if there was power going to the heater ($250.00). You sent out one of your warranty inspectors to come and have a look. The “inspector” had tattoos all over his body and face (he was Irish). I asked him if he was a licensed electrician, and he laughed his head off. After all this, I personally brought the sunshine blade back to their head office. I was told that they couldn’t accept it, and I have to post it to their warehouse. I did that the next week and they deducted $112.00 from my refund due to postage fees! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!

Not as advertised – Set the heater up today on the stand, it is only in a small room and you have to be right underneath it to feel the heat, it does not heat the room up as advertised. Not very impressed but cannot return. It only heats the top half of your body, does not throw any heat to your feet and legs. I was hesitant after reading the reviews but after a 50min back & forth conversation with the sales person [Name Removed] & the supervisor [Name Removed], I was persuaded to try the product as I was told I had nothing to loose as it was covered by a 30 day free trial and that I wouldn't be disappointed with the heater. After assembling the unit and turning it on I realised then that I had been duped big time. The HEATER is not what they claim it to be. Buyers beware of TV Shopping - SUNSHINE BLADE INSTANT HEATER - TIVA HEATERS - Product of China. They are the only ones that benefit. The only refund you get back is $14.99 and then that is in dispute as there is a process & handling fee I've been told. The postage which is $79.98 is not refundable plus you also have to pay the cost of returning the product at your expense and also be aware that you are still liable for this item until it is physically in their warehouse. They accept no responsibility, apparently it is your responsibility to monitor the tracking number to make sure it has been returned so I've been instructed by them. I have informed them that I will be reporting them to ACCC as they should not be misleading consumers by these products. I am not one to write reviews but after this experience I felt it necessary to inform consumers to think carefully before purchasing this product and outlaying their hard earned money. Test one in a retail store before making the decision to a buy then at least your not out of pocket as there is no such thing as a FREE TRIAL there is always a cost at the end. Also caught on fire – My heater also caught alight. Lucky I was nearby when it happened. The heater was replaced by the company within a fortnight and so far the replacement has been good. I also had problems with the brackets. When the heater works properly it is great. Show details

plastic alloy. I have since contacted the company I purchased the heaters through and they deny any responsibility for the faulty bolts. I have never turn the heater on. I paid $799.99 for the 2 heaters and 2 stands and are very disappointed in the product and the company I purchased the heaters through. I have purchased many items from this company in the past both online and in their shops however never again. Everyone, please be carefully when purchasing from companies that advertise late at night, they have no moral compass. It appears customer satisfaction are only words and the almighty dollar rules supreme.

Total crap and fake reviews – Absolute crap product. Chews the power and provides less heat then a gas outdoor heater. All the positive reviews are FAKE. They all give 5 stars for exactly the same products, that's how fake if is.

is closed in and prove that this is not the case that this state of the art heater will not work in the open especially on a windy day. It has to be in an enclosed area for it to function properly. I would not recommend this heater. You’d be better of buying a jet heater a lot cheaper considering the cost of this one at $500.00.

Useless just wasting electricity into the air for out doors – Just an old fashioned infra red heater set up out of doors on a stand. Not exactly anything special as far as I can see. Not too sure about comparison savings between the portable outside gas heaters that restaurants use, but I might be wrong.
