Not happy – Review for Sunshine Loan I had a frustrating experience with Sunshine Loan. They consistently declined my applications without any explanation, which felt very unprofessional. After being rejected, I received marketing emails encouraging me to apply again, which was misleading. Save your time and look elsewhere.

year alone, Sunshine Loans now refuses my application without due consideration of my long-term track record. I find it unacceptable that Sunshine Loans hides behind a generic "responsible lending" policy without genuinely factoring in a customer's repayment history and loyalty. Given my proven ability to handle the financial commitment, even at the high rates Sunshine Loans profits from, declining my application under the blanket excuse of "responsible lending" feels dismissive and disconnected from my actual risk profile. As a long-standing, loyal customer, I expected far better than a canned response or a "rigorous assessment" that completely ignores a stellar repayment record. There are plenty of other lenders who take genuine loyalty and consistent reliability into account. Moving forward, I am ready to explore other lenders who truly support their clients instead of hiding behind policy, particularly when their customers have shown continued responsibility and commitment. Sunshine Loans’ approach here has made it clear that they are unwilling to back their most reliable clients, and I am deeply disappointed by this lack of support.

No loyalty to continuing customers – I have used Sunshine Loans for a small loan three times now, and I have paid them all off on time without any issues. $240/fortnight, and now have more money left over each pay week. I applied for a loan as I need to buy something urgently that I don't have the time to save for it (which was my original plan), and I was declined today because I owe another company $130 which I have an agreed payment plan with them for the next two pays. I can pay it off in full if I wish, but I wanted to save some money into an account as well, to build up a savings history. I am pretty upset with Sunshine Loans as I've been a loyal client, and have a successful payment history. Up until now they practical begged me to take a loan with them, I would receive messages asking me why I've not accepted their loan contract etc. If you want to have a loan with a loyal company I don't suggest using them, they are also extremely unflexible with payments, if you did fall behind. I will no longer be using them, which saddens me as they were the only loan I could get due to a previous bad credit history. You would think that in a time when cost of living is high, they would be more willing to bend, they're reasoning for declining me is ridiculous - one outstanding tiny amount owed to a company - after paying off a large loan with another company...ridiculous.

Financial hardships – Sunshine loans are not for everyone as their interest rate is very high, but if you are in need and are willing to pay for the service, I would recommend Sunshine loans for the people who work with the company. They are delightful. Karen Show details

Fraudulent company – After you give them your bank account number and log in information they ask for your debit card number. Then say you are declined. Soon after they will drain your bank account. Do not give them your information. It is not a legitimate company

I just feel no matter what service or business just anything in general nobody wants to actually be personable you know just to be treated like you exist and are the reason some people can put food on the table and drive there air condition car and pay there loans and bills I might be in a bit of a bind ATM but it's not forever and just let me say that no-one is immune from trying times.. vulnerablity is a very fragile thing and at the end of the day everyone wants to wake to another.. some people I see are not saying very favourable things about yr service I too am a return customer and would be happy to use your services again... now your company is saying it's the government.. surely there is an alternative or something you could look at to accommodate your loyal customers because what I read if I hadn't got a loan with you already I would not choose you based on the reviews and in relation to how you would see me..sorry Sunshine Loans I have faith in you.., Stand up for your customers. Do m not get a loan from these people – In the end I payed over $600 in interest and fees and for missing out on 1 payment they charge you $20 per week I suggest that you never go with this company they are absolute people with no shame.....

Terrible company – Avoid this company. I've had three loans and paid them off on time but declined for new loan ever since. Applied yesterday and got declined with no reason and I can definitely afford to pay it back. Pathetic company
