a joke.) 2. Lack of guidance: They won't guide you on anything. It's all on you to google stuff and then again #1 above & keep chasing. 3. Lack of reminders: They won't even remind you on important contractual dates and put your settlement at risk. 4. Lack of notifications: If your solicitor is on leave then god help you, there is no out of office notifications and then even #1 above fails. Just keep waiting forever or call main office and you might get lucky. 5. Ineffective escalation: I escalated few times but the alternatives provided were also equally annoying.

Good luck if you are choosing them. You will regret your decision sooner or later.

To their credit conveyancing went through without a problem and their charges were very reasonable. I would certainly not use them again or recommend them.
