Another SunYou failure?.....Now with added incompetence from Aus Post – Ordered a chainsaw sprocket from a seller on eBay, end of December 2023. Was supposed to be sent SpeedPak Economy, but seller sent it via SunYou instead. Cheaper I guess. Tracking number supplied says it made it to Australia on the 16th January, but that's it. up another tracking number associated with the parcel which works on Aus Post's website. According to that, the parcel made it to a NSW sorting facility on the 18th (no idea whose or which, no information supplied), then got transferred to Brisbane, QLD then to Yatala, QLD, then nothing. Since I live in Tasmania, this makes absolutely no sense at all. PLUS, when I do the parcel check it says "Delivery address cannot be shown as it does not match your details" Hmm. After waiting out the possible delivery period, I contacted Aus Post with a late parcel inquiry early one morning at about 3 AM. less than FOUR minutes later, I got a reply basically saying "after an exhaustive search of our sorting facility, including the big room where we chuck all the damaged parcels and mis-sorts, we have found NO further trace of your late parcel, we suggest you contact your seller."......Great.
Undelivered Parcel Notification Saying Delivery Delivered – They failed to deliver my parcel to my address and they update the tracking status to Delivery Delivered. Deceitful – I ordered a small but expensive item from Voremy. They provided me with shipping details after I contacted them almost 6 weeks from placing the order. Firstly, the shipping details look suspicious and not enough details. Fortunately for me I have cameras on my house so they cannot lie and tell me that they delivered the goods. Show details
Dodgy tracking history – I'm waiting the package from wish with the tracking number provided and I found out they using SUNYOU to deliver the package. The tracking history said already delivered. But I didn't receive anything. Very disappointed. No star at all Show details

Fraudulent tracking numbers provided – I purchased some products from aloha shop specials. I was provided a tracking number for Sun You Post, it shows as delivered but nothing has been received. I have sent 5 emails and no response. I have tried calling them but phone number is not reachable. Show details

Whether we shop on TomTop, eBAY or other, International Logistics to Australia is very convoluted. Tracking information is offered, but this can create more anxiety than it relieves because the shipping times given by the online sellers are usually 2-3 weeks from China to Australia. In my experience that time frame has been achieved many times. Then the tracking numbers show the scanning check points and this is where bulk logistics trumps commonsense directions in transport around the globe.
I have found tracking to be very misleading. Packages will still be reported as being in China or HongKong even though they have been bulkshipped to Malaysia, because they haven't left the customs zone.
SunYou Logistics assigns their own tracking number, but they onship through MalaysiaPOS and after two weeks the SunYou tracking number goes idle. SunYou does not know where the packages are.
If your package is shipping under an SY--------- tracking reference then you won't know what happened after you get the "Arrived at Facility" update. There are no more updates and the package could be misplaced. You can wait anything from an additional 2 weeks to forever.
