I purchase the Nina shirts in XXL and the Mary shorts in XXXL. I usually wear a size 18 or 20 AUS in pants, both fit but the Mary shorts in the larger size are much easier to get on and off while still being supportive. Although I prefer the compression in the smaller size once on. According to the size chart I am a XXL. So you just have to try… Read more

and compare with different styles. These are very, very soft on my sensitive allergy prone skin. Wearing them consistently gives remarkable support to my debilitating chronic lower back pain. Also surprisingly giving me more general energy and stamina. I can do more while wearing them. I have CFS, fibromyalgia and autoimmune diseases. I Usually have constant chronic pain but with these shorts on it is much less. I can also do housework, walking, sitting for long periods without heaps of pain afterwards. I have a short torso and these both sit well under my bra band. They definitely don’t roll down or budge. But the legs do constantly roll up, which is frustrating. They are hard to get on and look very small when they arrive. And with already existing body pain all over and severe fatigue it is even harder to get them on and off. The Nina also give a lovely smooth firm finish under clothing. Also as an added bonus the Nina design ensures a shapewear look benefit, very smoothing and firming under clothing. Like another reviewer said they don’t give a lot of compression to the lower stomach area. Maybe because I am curvier or short? It is a bit confusing on the website at first. But trying them on is the only way to find out if they can help. The quality is awesome. I do highly recommend worth trying for anyone who has fibromyalgia, CFS, chronic lumbar pain, or is “plus size”. I believe they are of a tremendous benefit to reduce pain. I would love to see more colours available in the larger size leggings and shorts. The black show all the white fur of my chihuahua!

I bought a pair of Supacore’s maternity shorts after being underwhelmed with other brands & was so impressed that I bought another pair or shorts & leggings shortly after. I have groin and pelvic pain from my pregnancy and the shorts work wonders for providing me extra support where I need it. The material is stretchy & breathable, great for warmer weather and so much easier to get on than other brands that are super synthetic. Show details

The quality of these are great, but they are really not designed for shorter and curvier bodies. The size chart is not easy to use - it is a height/weight chart which can be incredibly inaccurate depending on your proportions. I bought the Mary shorts following the size chart. The bottom seam of the shorts cut into my thighs quite a lot, the legs… Read more

were fine, but the compression doesn't start low enough imo. It was incredibly tight around the waist and because I am quite short, I couldn't get them to not roll. I was hoping the compression would help support my pelvis and lower abdomen, but it was literally a tight band around the waist. Would probably be fine for someone skinnier, doesn't seem to be made with curves in mind.

Bought the Lionel shorts after dealing with a bit of lower back pain didn’t expect much, but they’ve actually helped more than I thought. The support around the hips and core takes a bit of pressure off the lower back, especially when moving or training. Customer service were really helpful in picking the size. Show details

The company doesn’t post any reviews less than 3 stars. I have tried multiple times to review and give my opinion to help others but they won’t allow it. This is the review I keep trying to leave. —— Before you read this review, please know that I completely understand that a piece of clothing can’t possibly suit every shape and every body. leaving a detailed review because I wish people gave more information in reviews so we can make better choices for our individual needs.

For reference, I am 173cm tall with plus size curvy body. I have POTS and ME/CFS.

I have really mixed feelings about these leggings. I had intended for these to be my daily compression wear, especially when it is too hot to wear compression socks. But there is no way I can wear these for more than a few hours. Only on my good days can I attempt to wear them. On bad days I cannot face them.

The level of compression on the legs is great, but the compression on the torso is too strong. I find myself unconsciously shallow breathing and then have to push myself to breathe deeper. There is never a moment that I’m not aware of the strong pressure on my stomach. I can never relax, I can’t concentrate on anything. I can’t eat with them on.

Originally I had tried the style that had the shorter waist. But the waistband just kept rolling into my belly button and digging in painfully. So I thought the extra high waist had a better chance of staying up. And it does. At the front it stays put. At the back, it does roll a bit.

It’s quite possible that these aren’t made to accommodate larger bellies. But that doesn’t seem right considering the brand does postpartum leggings. Maybe when scaling up to this largest size, the proportions aren’t right for larger women? All the reviews I’ve read have been for standard sizes, not plus sizes.

I do really like the material they are made out of. It’s not at all shiny (yay!) and it feels nice against my skin. The seams aren’t uncomfortable at all. The length is perfect for my height.

I ordered compression leggings to help manage my POTS symptoms. I currently wear thigh high compression sock and I add compression shorts at times to help provide some extra support. I had hope that these would be able to function in place of the combined items I currently use. Personally I find the thigh high compression helps me the most, but I… Read more

know that for POTS they recommend to "squish the middle" and research is saying the abdominal compression is important. I found these compression leggings to be made of good quality material and that the compression in the waist area was a strong, quality compression. I did find that occasionally the waist would roll after bending over and think these could benefit from having the waist reinforced so it doesn't roll. While the quality of these is good and it does provide good abdominal compression, I ended up returning these as they did nothing for my legs. My legs felt weak and jelly-like and quickly began to feel "prickly" from lack of proper circulation. I quickly began to feel unwell after putting these on and after a few hours of trying them removed them and put my thigh high compression socks back on and began to feel better again. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to having something that looks less medical and could allow me to go bare feet in the summer. If middle compression is what you are looking for then these will likely be beneficial for you, but if you need compression on your legs then I advise looking elsewhere.

I was disappointed in how there is strong advertisement that there is free returns, which is the reason I chose to try these. What they nicely only write in a lesser viewed area that you have to go looking for is that you can't do returns if you ordered during a promotion/sale. If you are ordering with the free return in mind, please be aware that you have to pay full price to get this option, otherwise you can only do an exchange. I am now stuck with getting two pairs of compression shorts in exchange for the leggings - better then nothing - but I already have plenty of compression shorts that I paid a fraction of the price for.

Further annoyance is the fact that I brought my return to my post office in Canada with the label provided by the company for the return. When I asked my post office for a copy of the receipt that I had returned the item, they said they couldn't provide one because there is no tracking on the item. How convenient that the company now keeps emailing me that I haven't sent my return back. So now I'm out $279 while they claim that I haven't returned my item. And since they claim I haven't returned the item that means they haven't sent my replacement compression shorts (that I didn't want in the first place, but felt it was better then nothing).

I would also like to add that if you are are viewing the great reviews on their website ... that's because they don't post the reviews they don't like. I sent the first part of this review as response to their request for a review. But it appears since I did not give them a 4 or 5* they have decided not to post the review.

12 days after order still no confirmation that order has been sent. They are not cheap so it is really annoying that it seems they have run out of stock (why else would it be over 12 days waiting to find out if order is confirmed - they took the money quickly?). My daughter has been just diagnosed with POTS and the cardiologist recommended… Read more

Not for Dad Bod – A lot to like about this product. The compression level is great and what they do for quads, hammies, hips is wonderful. I have a slight dad bod issue ie bit of a belly. Not a couch potato. I run 3-4 times a week and have done 3 1/2 marathons this year. The waist band rolls down immediately I put them on. Have tried folding it over, wearing them… Read more

low and everything else I can think of but they just don't work for me unfortunately. I have worn them on a couple of training runs so return is not an option for me. Suggest if you haven't got a flat stomach they may not be for you. Hope this helps other dads out thinking about trying them....

Amazing Product – I purchased these following a back injury. They're the only other compression tights I could find that would support my back the way I needed weren't specifically postnatal tights and I'm too slim for a back brace. These were amazing from the first moment I put them on. The uncomfortable, unstable feeling in my spine was instantly gone. My… Read more

sciatica was relived. Of course they haven't completely cured my injury, but they're definitely giving my back and the support it needs to get moving and start to recover.
