they were the cheapest and their recent reviews all rated them highly. Every part of the service exceeded my expectations. Communication prior to the move was by friendly phone calls and they arrived bang on the requested time. Two chaps arrived earlier and moved the upstairs furniture to downstairs ready for loading and it was wrapped and ready for the trucks arrival. The truck was spotless, a late model and all the blankets, straps etc were organized and near new. All my leather chairs and most of the furniture were first wrapped in moving blankets and completely covered in glad wrap to stop them sliding off. This was the first time I had seen this as in the past the removalists had transported the furniture into the back of the truck and then had a blanket thrown over them. I had total confidence when the truck drove off and the unloading in Canberra was equally as good. My wife and I will use these good folk for our next move with absolutely no doubts or concerns at all. I've previously been moved by the biggest and smallest removalists and Super GM are by far, the most professional and well mannered by a country mile.
Extremely professional service – They arrived on time and immediately got to work loading up my furniture. They took the time to try and fit my fridge in the new apartment as I’d measured the space wrong. He didn’t add this extra time to the final bill. Both guys handled my furniture with care and were very mindful of the walls as they had to manoeuvre the washing machine upstairs. I would most definitely Super GM transport.
Best revivalist – the boys did a perfect job for us we moved from Sydney to wagga wagga with a very good price they covered all our furniture with no hiding charges we highly recommend this company.
awesome price and service – I just moved my 2 bedroom home with Super GM and they did not disappoint. The guys were very friendly and careful with my items. The price was reasonable and they did not take long making it very efficient for me.

Worst Service Imaginable – We used this company for an interstate move. The truck was contracted to arrive BEFORE midday but arrived at 9:00pm and didn’t leave until 1:00am. When the office manager called to advise it would be late, they said it was due to a routine inspection and would be delayed 3-5 hours. over for leaking oil. The unspoken implication being someone at that company deliberately lied to me about the situation. The late arrival and departure meant that I wasn’t able to sleep and had to cancel planned travel because I wasn’t safe to drive. The office manager offered compensation but immediately backpedaled when I accepted their offer. When they finally got to the destination they were meant to deliver the furniture between 7:00am - 8:00am but didn’t arrive until 2:00pm and went to the wrong address. My wife had to run after them. They broke 3 beds and number of other pieces of furniture. They’re a cheap company but they’re cheap for a reason. Don’t waste your money on these people. Pay the extra money for a quality service instead. I’m amazed a company with so poor a service has managed to stay in business as long as it has.

Late, damaged furniture, poor support – I had GM transport move my furniture on Tuesday. They were negligent and rolled my concrete table on the ground causing massive chip damage all around the surface. I am very disappointed with this move. to the scheduled time I had with my lift access, did not think they were going to do a furniture swap, and took 4.5 hours to move everything.
They charged the full time for this, and I am not happy at all. Said they would return a call, never did. Poor service all around.
Poor service – Poor service, arrived late, broke the cot wheel, one of the removalists bleed on furniture.
Terrible Removalists – I filled in sheet for how much furniture and boxes I had, they turned up in 7.5 tonne truck to move a 2 bedroom house. We got to the end, and I still had furniture and boxes left over. I said how how about the rest of my stuff, they stated we don't have room you have to organise another delivery service for this.
