I have just recently switched from evaporative cooling to refrigerated heating and cooling with Superior heating and cooling company, the best experience I’ve ever had. They organised the government rebate as well. Jenny at the office was super helpful, same with Travis and all his staff, everyone including apprentices were helpful, respectful, and professional, I couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this company without hesitation. Teresa

These guys fitted my system in 2009, as soon as I had problems with my system Josh was right onto it. I can only say I highly recommend them. In a sea of rip off companies this is one of the few that put customer service first.

Outstanding – This is to highly commend Josh from Superior Heating and Cooling, who came out to Fix my evaporative cooling system. His professionalism and Customer service was outstanding. I have dealt with many technicians, however no one comes close to Josh. Excellent job and I will highly recommend your company.

Amazing service and great company – Cannot rate superior heating and cooling highly enough. Had an issue with our heating not turning on. Called and spoke to Jen who passed on the info to josh. Received an update from Jen that Josh would be out in the Arvo, even with a busy day ahead. Within a few hours Josh was on the phone, with a possible solution to our problem. Problem was fixed within not even 5 mins. Thanks Josh and Jen. We have heating again.

Great service – I have had a fantastic outcome dealing with this company. Our old unit died. Trevor came out gave a quote and advised we did not need the unit we were told from another company which was way more expensive! Gave an ETA of 1 week from quote to installation. Two guys turned up on time (that is a surprise in its self) explained what was going to happen, Installed and cleaned up. Can't praise them enough.

Excellent service – Spoke to wonderful lady and had guys out within the hour, fixed heating the next day, was quoted 4k from opposition for new unit, superior fixed the old one for $500, highly recommend

Exceeded My Expectations – Had a power blackout yesterday afternoon and my ducted heating wouldn't work after the power came back on. office Told him want was wrong. He told me how to reset it and said if that doesn't work. Let him know and he would call in this afternoon and have a look at it. It worked and I have heating Thank you Travis Plus thanks for caring about your customers and not sending a tech out and charging me. A lot of companies would do this Thank you.

Unbeatable After Sales Service – It’s easy to sell an appliance, get paid and hand any issues over to the manufacturer. It’s also common in this day and age. resolved. During that time Superior Heating and Cooling the installers stood by me every inch of the way. Were relentless in dealing with the manufacturer. Came to my home whenever I called. Even on weekends. Nothing was too much trouble for Travis. He stood by his work and his company and turned himself inside out to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. He made all the calls to the manufacturer he did everything. All I had to do was tell him it had faulted again.

Long story short, eventually after the manufacturer had installed 3 units all the same model, they replaced the unit with their latest model. It’s been faultless every since. Till last Friday. Which to be fair was probably my fault. It had been running so beautifully and I was afraid to ask anyone to service it.

I rang Travis at Superior heating and cooling and he was at my home within the hour. Resolved the issue in minutes. Basically he’s still providing first class service nearly 5 years after he Installed the unit.

Superior Heating and Cooling installed the first unit in 2016 I think it was, and right up until today he has stood by me without ever making me feel bad or a nuisance.

His ethics, honesty and integrity are second to none. His after sales service unbeatable. I would recommend Superior Heating and Cooling to anyone. In all my years (nearly 70) I’ve never been so impressed with a company.
