"Never attribute to malice that which is better explained by incompetence." I strongly recommend this retailer for anyone who absolutely loves sending emails to the ACCC, NSW Fair Trading, a dozen customer service reps and countless AI chat bots. SuperSaverAU sent me the wrong item - annoying...but a forgiveable mistake on it's own. It took me 12 separate emails and four phone calls for them to commit to just following Australian consumer law.

They eventually sent a refund after Kogan intervened on my behalf (three times).

Definitely shop here if you have a huge amount of spare time to sort out their mistakes!
